Settings/About Device/Software... I can almost guarantee you're not. And no there's no way to downgrade to it.

that might be 4.0.4.Im not 100% sure though .But definitely not 4.1.2 Jellybean
Guys i just reformatted this phone for a friend and everything was fine but i think i installed something or froze something in titanium wrong...
