ONDA obook10 V5 stays at Onda logo - image attached - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
my Onda obook10 V5 decided to make my life difficult. After start in Android, it stopped suddenly in middle of some software download (update from Adroid store). After that it showed no more boot partitions, but only EFI Shell.
I tried to reset it, and now it hangs with onda logo. If I press the ESC key on keyboard (USB or magnetic) it says "ESC is pressed. Go to boot options." but nothing happens. Also any key kombination brings it to the same behaviour.
I can turn off the tablet, and start it with combo Power + "+" or Power + "-" or Power +"+" + "-" but nothing else happens. I also tried to disconnect battery, but same is happening.
I have a feeling, that some EFI settings are not correct, but I can not get into EFI shell, nor BIOS or any other life signs.
I also tried to connect it via USB to Mac Mini. It is not recognised on USB ports.
Please find attached images of screen and hardware.

P.S.: I also asked same question on ondaforum(dot)com but I think there is little to nothing happening.

OK, with key combo using original Onda Keyboard:
"Crt+Fn+Alt+Del" I can reset the tablet and then it loads EFI Shell.

[Q] Failed at flashing lumia 710 qualcomm bootloader.

Excuse me, I got a problem.
First of all, when i was trying to flash the qualcomm bootloader, i got this error "Loading hashblock failed with ‘Messenger encountered error ‘Referencia a objeto no establecida como instancia de un objeto.’’". And the process stucked at 50%.
But, It seems to have qualcomm bootloader already, cuz when i plug in the phone, windows asks to format my device and it pops up Qualcomm driver.

Lenovo K910 black screen - adb not found - fastboot not working

Hi,
A few months ago I rooted my device and tried to change the ROM. I don't remember what I did but then I bought a Honor6 so I didn't use the Vibe Z anymore.
Today I wanted to get back to it. I managed to charge it and saw the Lenovo logo when pluging to the charger.
But everytime I try to turn it on I got a blackscreen. As i saw a logo I know the screen is not out.
I read this post : http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/lenovo-k910-stuck-logo-screen-t2936630 But it's a bit harder in my case.
abd devices : nothing
fastboot device-info / reboot etc : nothing.
I tried to hold the power button for 10+ seconds but it's like the device is rebooting each time (aka vibrations every seconds)
I sometimes see a red light, or blinking red light, or even blue light.
When trying to shut it down, press +/- and plug it to USB nothing happens.
When trying to connect it to my PC (Linux) I can't get the partitions. I can only get a few ones, 134MB and 67MB, not the 1+GB. In fact I see a Qualcomm MMS storage.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Bud
Same problem!
But my phone only vibrating on power on, screen is always off and I can´t see Lenovo logo anymore!?
In fresh xp, or win7, device manager didn´t recognize my phone, no searching, no nothing. I was remove battery and try to do same, connect with VOL- and other solution but still nothing...:crying:
Same for me too.
I plugged my phone to the PC to make a new try. After a few minutes I got a surprise!
Some partitions were mounted. But I still can't boot the phone...

Problem

Hi
I have the KII-L21 version & I put the case on the wrong way round, so I presume it was pressing the power button without me realising. When I looked at it, it was displaying an EMUI message telling me not to unplug the USB or press any key.
Hoping to 'save it', I plugged it in a USB connected to wall charger.
But its been sitting there displaying this message - see attached - for over an hour without changing.
Any idea how to re-boot from this screen please ?

Have you tried doing a hard reset by pressing the Power button for at least 10 seconds?

Recovering data from bootlooping Lenovo A850i

Hello everyone,
I deleted some of the bloatware my Lenovo A850i came with, and after thatit rebooted and got stuck at the logo screen. It animates and all, and then doesn't move forward.
If I press power+volume down, it says meta mode but doesn't really do anything as far as I can tell.
Power+volume up brings up a chinese factory mode where I could wipe the whole thing (which I'd rather avoid). When I first entered this mode while connected to my PC, the PC installed the phone's driver, since then, nothing.
Power+both volumes brings me to an android screen where I could also wipe the phone, or install an update from the phone.
If I simply power up the phone and connect it to the PC, I can see a Lenovo Suite install drive, and the two internal drives my phone has, but they are vague and unopenable. It says that I should inster a disc.
I have tons of pictures on the phone, and tons of contacts that for some reason I saved on the phone itself, bad mistake. So I would like to download the internal data before wiping the thing.
Please help!
Update:
If I take the battery out and connect the phone to the PC, I can hear a quick hardware recognition sound, then immeditely the harware disconnected sound. If I watch the Device Manager, I can see a port appear and disappear.

Yoga Book Service Menu

Hey I just played around with the Yoga Book and found the following:
1. turned it on until the error screen (when you unlocked the bootloader,.)occured
2. then pressed 'power' + 'volume down' which renewed the error screen which said this time it will boot the device in 30sec (instead to 5 secs of the first error screen)
3. after the 30 seconds and when the error screen disappeard I just pressed 'power' + 'volume down' 3 times.
4. the device booted in some kind of 'service / manufacturer menu'
without a keyboard it is just partly possible to navigate. you can use 'vol up' & 'vol down' to scroll up and down and 'power' to enter sth. It was not possible to navigate to the back button...
any idea what this is good foor, e.g. options like security boot?
also i was thinking if 'factory reset' would also help after flashing e.g. a wrong recovery. which would make testing some recoveries from e.g. the lenovo yoga 3 pro (which has the same chip set) possible.
adb seems to work in this menu, but I still couldn't dump the recovery partition(which is /dev/block/mmcblk0p4) because it always returns 'permission denied'.
