I dunno if this post is appropriate, but I think LG G2 mini would be a perfect Android Go phone.
I'm no developer tho. Just giving the pros some ideas.

Hey people, ive seen ICS on the G1 and the nexus one, i know its possible so, is anyone gonna port it to the Optimus V?!?!?
They are currently working on something at android central. It may take a while, they are doing a lot though, from what I know they are getting closer though
Not in this lifetime, sorry. Not that the device isn't capable of running it with some expected hardcore lag, but you need a working kernel and even if you got one that boots, hw still sucks ass and wouldn't be usable enough to like.

I'm beginning to port over the ROM from the htc hero that is MIUI gingerbread. I'm porting it to the Optimus V, but if someone wants to, here is the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1551856

If you think it is wise enough to know this is the wrong section, then please post in the right place. And the answer to what you want, just see the LG G2x at a demo shop and then make up your mind and heart. It is easy enough and usually an instantaneous decision rather than taking too many views and confusing yourself
