Unlocking Bootloader, Flashing TWRPwithout SP Flash Tools. - Blu Vivo 5

Okay, so it looks as if Fastboot is disabled on my device. I went into the Stock Rom, and I found there is a switch on the Stock Rom that turns Fastboot on and off. It says: Allow Oem Unlock.
I've heard of some folks bricking their Phones this way by flipping this switch in the stock rom. Is that true?
My choices seem to be:
1. Use SP Flash Tool to Flash TWRP. Then TWRP to load AOSP Extanded, or Lineage.
2. attempt to use that switch to see if it will let me do a fastboot oem unlock.
I'd like to try the second, but I want to know if thats a land mine to a bricked Phone if I flip the switch to allow OEM Unlock of the bootloader.
Addendum: I was just talking with someone about this very subject and he got the same result after using SP Flash Tool: Screwed up IMEI info due to corruption of the NVRAM.

If you really don't want to use SP Flash, root, install Mobile Uncle Tools, and flash using that.

So based off of what you have said:
-Your bootloader is still locked (you haven't said 100% for sure that you are unlocked)
-You may or may not be rooted as well (again, you haven't said if you are or are not)
-You want to run stock recovery, which is the recovery that Moto ships with the device, which is entirely useless for custom ROM flashing
This is the guide you need to root and unlock http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1302423

You are not supposed to flash in fastboot mode!!!! For MiFlash to work, you need to get your phone into EDL (Emergency Download) Mode, the one in which the screen shows nothing and only the LED blinks in RED.
Connect your phone to PC in that EDL mode, and then open MiFlash. And as far as I remember, you need to have a 64-bit windows to run the latest MiFlash.
If u connected successfully, click on the Refresh button, and it will show something like COM1/COM2... etc. Then CLICK on Flash.
Have u tried with latest version of miflash tool..try it properly...?or u can flash it through cmd...just google it for the commands.. Try at ur own risk...I am happy with edl on miflash 15.something

I don't think there is any other way other than the EDL method for flashing official ROMs.
I just wanted to know that is there any method that helps flashing roms using unlocked bootloader because there are lot of guides on internet saying flash rom with locked bootloader so i wanted to know is there a plus point in flashing roms with unlocked bootloader
If you have unlocked BL you can flash via twrp or fastboot or EDL, so three options...
EDL if others two dont work
Look fastboot & recovery both are there for a reason,
What i feel the priority of recovery is 1st for flashing almost anything
(If Modem/Firmware or anything else seems to have causing the problem)
USE fastboot & if you are hardbricked or can't figure out what you are missing only then head over for EDL.
But don't EDL>>Fastboot>>Recovery
Now to address your questions more specifically
Loked Bootloaders are good for Security but not friendly when you are a TWRP addict on the other hand Un-Loked Bootloaders puts the responsibility of security on your hands allowing you to modify whatever partitions or files you want to change on system.
With a loked bootloader you may flash a rom but sooner or later you will realize its better to have it unloked if u love to be a tinker.

In simple word, can or how can i flash roms using fastboot mode? As we use edl in miflash tool so can we use or how to use fastboot mode in flashing roms via miflash?

$ fastboot-android oem get_identifier_token

FAILED (remote: unknown command)
All attempts to use fastboot to unlock the device have met with this error.
It will fastboot reboot, but nothing else. I have a feeling something like the fastboot DirtyCow Exploit will be needed.

Has anyone successfully unlocked/rooted their ZTE nubia Red Magic Mars

Hello,
I just received this weird phone I never heard or seen before and I need to root it. I'm afraid to start doing anything because I don't know if I will be able to flash back stock image (let alone find it) if anything goes south. Has anyone successfully tinkered their phone?
Yes. Managed to unlock and root mine yesterday, but with some caveats.
Some of the commands are different.
fastboot oem nubia_unlock NUBIA_NX619J
Is the command to start the bootloader unlock in Fastboot mode.
Then you can do
fastboot flashing unlock
To fully unlock the bootloader.
It appears you have to do the fastboot flashing unlock part each time in fastboot mode.
I flashed the boot.img modified with Magisk, had to reboot into fastboot again and redo flashing unlock before I could boot with my modified boot image. Everything since worked as expected.
One benefit to the Red Magic Mars is that it has an actual recovery partition and does not use the A/B slot partitioning system that so complicates other devices. So as long as you leave the recovery partition alone, you will be able to restore to stock using a USB C thumbdrive with the image file on it.

Redmi 10c bootloop issue

so yesterday as I was flashing a custom rom for my device I found out that the hotspot wasn't working, I've look for solution across the internet and have found out that flashing persist.img on persist partition via twrp shall do the work, I did the same as instructed in the post downloaded the same file which I didn't confirm if it was really for my device, so after that my phone is stuck on an endless bootloop if I try to reboot to system luckily both fastboot and recovery was still accessible so I tried flashing another rom, stock, and even run flashrom.bat via fastboot but that didn't seem to fix it, now I'm only left with flashing stock img via miflash tool and hope it work for me, I can't really afford to pay anyone to fix it not at the moment and I want to atleast try to troubleshoot it somehow, what other options am I left with? hope I can get some answers

thanks, it was nervewracking as miflash failed to boot my phone twice, it turns out I just have to flash persist.img from the fastboot rom separately on orangefox and that did the work
