I have this mate 10 lite i want android 8 on, but when i root it i am not able to use some programs on it like my cable tv app, netflix bank programs. so can i in this order
root phone
install android phone
unroot phone
and use the apps on a trusted device ?

I recently got the Minno 10 Android Tablet from my school which I bought. I can't find any roots for it though this tablet isn't really popular. Would it be possible to use a universal root to do it? if it is not on stock rom chances are your tablet is already rooted as most of custom roms come rooted but some of them dont come with a superuser app even though they are rooted in this case just donwload superuser app from play store and update the biaries (also check usb debuging to make root work ) , stock rom means the rom your tablet came with when you first bought it , if your tab is on stock rom chances are it is not rooted in deed even though some manufacturers sell their devices rooted , to root your tab i only see one last solution if there is no dedicated procedure for it , you will have to try general rooting sollutions like unlock root (it is normally safe but do at your own risk) : http://www.android.gs/root-any-android-based-device/

there are others just google , if your device is a new comer to the market maybe a dedicated root method will come when it will gain more popularity , i hope i helped you .

I've just got myself a new phone, the archos 40c titanium a few weeks ago and now I'm wanting to root it so I can customize it even more than it already is and while it runs android 4.4.2 and it's an awesome phone, Kingo Root doesn't seem to be able to connect with it.

Sorry for being just off-topic a bit. I've also got that phone I'm looking to port Firefox OS on it. I'll create a new thread soon about it.
What can you do by rooting them? I mean, I've been upset by the clipboard system of this phone: you don't have clipboard history like other phone, it's just a single clipboard like Windows. Can you change it by rooting this phone? or can we kick off all Google spy stuff?

For some reasons i have problems with 3 apps.
I cannot disable them because android does not let me.
Can you tell me the easiest and safest way to root my android please?
When i say easiest i mean without using a computer, i can just use my phone. Is it possible? My device runs android 6 and is a huawei.
I want to disable/remove "com.android.providers.calendar", calendar and google play services, somehow they are giving android problems.
Can you help me please? Will i lose any datas if i root my android? Thanks

Most devices with android 6 can only be rooted with a unlocked bootloader.
Hello ! A while ago i wanted to cheat on games using apps such as Game guardian or game killer and, well...i realized I needed a root in order for those to work. So i tried rooting my device, used KingRoot, and it couldn't root my device. Is there something wrong with it ? I'm currently using a Huawei Mate 10 lite and I'm working with EMUI 8.00 / Android 8.00. I can't seem to find a way to root it. Can someone please help me ?! I'm desperate...
( Edit : i used z4root and it always kept crashing. Did the same with the others. The ones who didn't crash said that it wasn't rooted. Idk if it's linked but when i tried to use game guardian without root it told me that there was a " unstable kernel problem " and that it was probably linked to the firmware. So here i am , still lost as ever. )
