Installation:
1.If u have TWRP already:
Boot into TWRP recovery
Select Install, Install IMG
Select TWRP-3.2.1-j5xnlte.img
Swipe to flash
Restart your phone to recovery and you have new recovery.
Alternative method
Boot into download mode.
Get ODIN
select AP in odin and select TWRP-3.2.1-j5xnlte.tar and click start.

(Lineage os recovery)

Because I'm confused, that's not at all what I'm seeing when I installed this TWRP (based on the screenshots) totally different recovery, as we said, we're booting into lineageos recovery and I can't find a way to install the previous TWRP without a PC which means I'm stuck with this for at least 2 days.

I today flashed from twrp 3.1.1:
Installation: If u have TWRP already:
Boot into old TWRP recovery
Select-Choose Install
Select-Choose Install Image
Select-Choose twrp-3.2.1-j5xnlte.img
Select-Choose Recovery
Swipe to confirm Flash
Restart your phone to recovery and you have new recovery.

I had a night of the hell after I tried to flash it on a SM-J510MN (Colombia ROM)
Actually, the @bluedogerino recovery doesn't work, but I found this post which actually works, they point to this site and there you can download 3.2.1
