I have the tmobile pocket pc 2003 but when i connect it to my pc it doesn't detect it... i don't know wat to do... i need it to connect so i can unlock it.. well any advice will help....
how do you plan to unlock it through the PC ??
It's enough to copy xdaunlock.exe to your device and run it ... unless you have RSU 6.2x whicj will require you to down grade it first.

i lost the cd's dat came with my tmobile pocket pc and i need to put the special edition rom... but i have the activesync software and outlook but it still won't connect through activesync... wat am i supposed to do? i can't just use the unlocker program b/c it's rom version 4.01.16 ENG... please help...

Try downloading the newest version of Active Sync (3.7.1). Than synchronizing should work with your Device....

i do have the newest version of active sync... and during the setup when it tries to detect my pocket pc it says dat there is nothing connected... i don't know wats wrong.. it works on my friends computer...

their usb were always somewhat waco
it's ME and it was working on a XP but my laptop that had XP is not working so i can't use it.. i wasn't able to unlock it with my other laptop before it broke so can anyone tell me if i can fix the usb problem or if it's a different problem?
maybe windows update or some driver update from the laptop makers site
i couldn't find any driver updates for the sony vaio notebook PCG-FX200 series does any one know where i can find some?

if your computer doen't recognize your pocket pc device for some reason, you can go to control panel select user accounts and create a new user. Then restart your computer with new user name. Try and let me know if it solve your problem.

Can you share the source (and by source I mean the origin) of the drivers? Did they come on the internal storage?

How to install these files? I've tried installing them through device manager --> usb root hub / usb mass storage device / sony ericsson seehcri storage device, but I always get the message that no newer drivers can be found.
I'm using windows xp sp2.
I have installed the drivers and they are well installed, but it me does not work the SDK tools that it was using with the Magic,

Ah, ADB from Google is not yet working with X10. As they have discussion in
dev forum of SE. The working ADB has been remove from their internal document and tool as well.
Anyway we can ADB X10 with linux and OS X

Hi sir, do you have time? I cant figure out what is wrong with my x10. When i try to flash those Generic Stock Rom, i get to have errors flashing. It aborts sometime when flashing system.sin and other sin depending on the tft file... i dunno what version my phone is but my pc detects it with flashmode. When im using Seus, it fails flashing in about 90% of the process... when booting my phone, just a quick vibrate with green flashes once. Do u have skype account? Hope u have time and can help me. Most of the links in xda our outdated. And i know my phone is outdated too. Thanks and more power

run some process and installation complete 95% then it show me that it failed to root the mobile.

I have a Nokia 8, updated to Oreo (8.0.0) right out of box (so no experience in Nougat) . No modifications, no root, Stock ROM.
When i connect any pendrive (sandisk, sony, kingston ) as usb otg, file managers (both stock and downloaded) dont show it. Any help?
In notification however it shows the message - "Power supply- Charge the other connected device" but none allowed MTP or any type of file transfers, even though i tap those options .
(I have ALSO tried activating "Developer option" ---> "Select USB Configuration" ----> "MTP". The option gets selected, but as soon as i connect a pendrive it reverts back to -"Charging" )
Also after i had tried various Pendrives there seem to crop up a charging issue. The phone wont charge simply by connecting to the Type C charger it came alongwith. I had to restart the device and then it starts to charge !
USB OTG function is very important for me.
Anyone else with such prob?
Any suggestions? Any help?
I wont Root or install custom ROM for this simple USB OTG function .

Well, 1st, check if your pendrives are working (I think at 99.99% they are all) and then check if your nokia can still physically use USB otg by installing TWRP (which you can replace by stock recovery later) and mount USB drive in recovery or plug your phone to a computer to check if it still can transfer data (if it can't, you don't need to fix).
IF EVERYTHING IS WORKING WELL AND IT IS A GLITCH

Well i appreciate your effort to help. but i suppose you didnt read my original post.
1. I have checked all my pendrives. All working 100%
2. I will NOT install TWRP as i said before i WONT root, flash, blah blah for this simple fucntion of USB OTG, leave alone replacing stock recovery later.
3. I can transfer data to my PC and vice versa.
Regarding tutorial to flash a firmware the link which you have given is to flash symbian NOKIA N8 (released in 2010). these is the first line from the website - "There are situations when you are required to re-install the official firmware on your Nokia Symbian Belle Smart Phones."
MINE IS NOKIA 8 (2017). ITS AN ANDROID PHONE AND NOT NOKIA N8.

My samsung galaxy c5 is broken with screen not responding at all & i am sure the usb debugging is also not enabled i just want to acess or mirror my phone from my windows 8.1 laptop. I searched alot but cant find any method. I dont want to flash the Rom or to install custon firmware or anything like that i just want to acess my phone via laptop with windows 8.1 if anyone can help me please please.
