To enable substratum themes u have to reboot and reaply or enable layers in manager after reboot for now
Google camera also works
Will probably go official soon
Also i forgot to add the hotspot and tethering fix in rom
https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1Ob1aw2tkqz5_EB_vqiF5kp5azAlasqQg
In my drive folder there is a tethering zip just download and flash it in magisk and it will work ill add it in next update sorry about that guys but i dident feel like recompiling for something so simple when there is a zip you can flash. Dont use the one directly in magisk downloads is its not meant for anything above magisk 14.0 use one in the link provided it works just fine with no issues on any version magisk including the newest. Also data recovery tool is working if u use razorloves gapps thanks guys

Wondering about advanced reboot options too. Thanks a lot, Joe!! Lovin' it.

Long press on restart for advanced restart menu

Runs great! Was looking for another AOSP based ROM - thanks a lot.

Wow, cool! Thank you!

Very nice ROM. Good to see an AOSP based project among all the lineage-based ones
Some feedback:
-The option for "System Theme Style" doesn't work. The UI seems to stay white with black text/icons regardless of how that option is set.
-enabling am/pm in status bar/clock settings does not enable am/pm on the clock visible when opening quick settings menu

Cm issue
@Aaahh Finally you brought this rom here.
To all: please keep in mind CM13 is still under heavy development and new. So if you're missing any "cm" features, they'll be added at a later time by cm. Secondly, most of the bugs could be by introduced by CM so make sure you provide logs and keep an eye on other cm13 roms as well to make sure if it's a common CM bug or just in this rom. Thanks!

Including it in rom deprives other users of flexibility .
Not recommended for XT1687 retus correct?

You can find some screenshots in "Screenshots" menu, as always at the top of a devdb thread.
Everyone has his hown preference about audio mods and in addition I'm not using any of them so I don't think I'll include one of those
The same is valid for substratum ( not everyone is using it, and I'm not ) and camera.
The camera quality is a little bit better than stock firmware thanks to defcomg and his modified libs.

Honestly I don't know, but since it's from retin firmware and I'm using it on a xt1685 device I would give it a try.
Make a nandroid backup before doing anything, in particular oem partition ( the installer touches /system /boot and /oem partitions, nothing more )

I already did a nandroid and have it up and running ?. Few questions, how do I disable the battery percentage mod and center clock mod? I already disabled 3MinitClock.
These are just features I don't use and disable the icons with ui tuner. Also, the LED support is for notifications when the screen is off only? Is there anyway to enable it while the screen is on?
I checked your thread for the mods to see if there was a way to remove them as well. Are they built into the system ui?
Thanks for this!
Does Moto Display work with this rom? I've been waiting very patiently for a debloated stock rom!

For the battery percentage mod I have to make at least a VRTheme, will do it tomorrow.
About the clock you can put a "space" in 3MinitClock app and it should be fine
Edit: I just noticed there's an option to hide clock inside 3MinitClock app, it's just a matter of fixing the bug described here below.

Hello and thanks for the stock rom! Looks like this is going to become my daily!
Only problem I've noticed so far is the 3minit clock mod.. After changing it to right align, it is fine until you pull down the status bar and snap it back, then you have two clocks! One in the middle, one on the right

You're definitely right [emoji15]
There are some problems with the clock positioned at the center, this evening I'll look at the code ( I'm using the centered clock, I just checked it was moving correctly and nothing more ).
In addition I have to admit there are some issues with magisk, I'm not even passing basic integrity.
It seems like magisk is mounted in ro mode, uninstalling a reinstalling did not fix the problem so I think we must wait a patched/custom kernel.
Thanks a lot for this rom its my daily driver, however I wanted to know whether its possible to remove the battery percentage besides the battery icon ? http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/59354a69e4f20/_20170605_174058.JPG

I gave this a try since I really like debloated stock ROMs. Couldn't get the status bar clock to stay how I'd set it, then tried hiding it but it would reappear anyway, and same after disabling it as though some part of it was burned-in to the set up. Also the fonts couldn't match the bolder font style of the status bar and it looked too dim/faint.
Magisk, as you're saying too now, was the real game-stopper because even though it said I'm rooted I was still getting ads despite using AdAway. Tried another fresh install (wiped, reinstalled ROM) this time not updating Magisk Manager (uninstalled it) then trying SU 2.82 which seemed to work much better rooting-wise, but then had the camera & wifi issues because the .67 kernel isn't modified yet.
So I had to go back to my .33 backup but hope you'll keep at this when we get a patched kernel for the upgraded versions. I love the boot animation which really fits the ROM name and perfectly matches the black Moto boot logo I'm using. Could you possibly please extract that so we can use it on our old set ups, or if available separately provide a link? Again, many thanks for your efforts on this.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if it needed other file(s) than just the bootanimation.zip, but it worked fine. I guess this new one is called 'PiTwistedGeometry'.
@eskamhl I've switched over to .35 temporarily. For Magisk, it isn't working properly for several features. This ROM is really sweet. I also noticed the clock issue, but since I'm removing it, the "space" feature did work. I also had double battery % on lockscreen.

[Alpha][magisk module]Lockscreen Weather, AOSP Ambient Display for OOS 9.0 PIE

Moderator Information: Thread is closed as per original developer's request.
The mod, made by XDA Senior member @paphonb
Here is video of installation and mod review :
MOD EDIT: YOUTUBE VIDEO REMOVED
Requirements :
1)you must be on OOS 9.0 pie version(don't use any other)
2)magisk installed 17.1 or above
What this mod gives:
1)Lockscreen wheather
2)AOSP Ambient Display
3)AOSP clear all notifications button
4)reduces the lock screen wallpaper scrim.
How to:
Just download and install via magisk.
Reboot
Done.
NOTE:
If the lockscreen weather doesn’t show up at first, add the At a Glance widget from the Google App to your home screen and see if that forces the weather to show. Once it does, you can remove the widget if you want. You also need to make sure that you have location services enabled for your phone. The AOSP Ambient Display only requires you to disable the OxygenOS Ambient Display before enabling the AOSP one. Although this mod adds the Always On Ambient Display function, They don’t recommend you use it because it’s really buggy at the moment.

"1) you must be on OOS 9.0 pie version (don't use any other)", you must write that it's only for latest OxygenOS 9.0 stable update and not any of the Open Beta versions =( (f..., i have a bootloop)
dont uninstall the module, youll get a bootloop until you enable the module again!

Sure hopes the dev fixes it soon. Quite annoying
How did you enable weather? Maybe a tutorial could be made on how so we can make our own module once the dev stops updating or for other OnePlus devices once they receive Pie.
How to remove this module without consequences?
very good mode. after uninstall it bricked my phone. needed to unbrick it with msmDownload tool, thanks devs, next time at least try to test the basic stuff before you release mods to public!
doesn't function for me (Pie stabile)
there is somewhere any switch?

It works find most of the time but sometimes it's kinda off.

[OP6][twrp-zip]Replace OOS apps with Google Apps

Hi
I'm in Oneplus board from OP1, OP3, OP5, OP5T and now OP6
i want a phone close to nexus/pixel phone and Oneplus is the best alternative.
but I have always said that I don't understand why they, instead of focusing on developing OOS and resolve bugs , they make stupid apps like: phone, contacts, messages, weather and don't forget stupid calculator and clock... when already exist made by Google ?
With all integration that they clame to be a new feature.
So i want to share with who is interested to replace all this stupid apps with google original apps.
All is work very good and i can tell now i have close stock google phone.
Replaced apps
-phone, contacts, messages, calculator and clock
- added Wellbeing app
Requirements:
- OxygenOS 9.04 Stable release
- unlocked and rooted phone with twrp instaled
- download zip to phone
- boot to twrp and install
Features:
- whoever wants can modify the installation script from zip (\META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script) or can enter more apps in this zip
- to modify updater-script use a good text editor (Notepad++) and then rewrite'it in zip archive
- this is code used in updater-script to replace OOS apps with Google apps:
Code:
delete_recursive("/system/system/app/Account");
delete_recursive("/system/system/app/AntHalService");
delete_recursive("/system/system/app/BasicDreams");
delete_recursive("/system/system/app/BTtestmode");

PS: sorry for my english
Can you make a magisk module out of this? so that we can revert back to stock if needed
work in Oxygen OS Pie Open Beta 12 for the OnePlus 6?
Very good. Before i flash is there a way to revert should there be any issues? Thanks
Great works fine

I think re-flashing OOS should do it.

Yes, but just wondering if there was a method a little less drastic than having to reflash.

Face unlock?
with a double touch unlocks the screen despite having a lock with a fingerprint, very soft and fast, scrolling top, maybe a little more customization for my taste although I see it not too minimalist
congratulations great job everything will be better
Thanks for developing the great ROM for a great device (poco F1)
@BenjiScale great work on this ROM. I really like it.
I did a clean format, flashed firmware 9.4.8, then 0407 version of this ROM, and nano gapps. Its perfect. Smooth scrolling, great battery usage, basics options but enough to still offer some customizations. I've not had any issues with it. Thanks. I hope you stick around and continue to update this ROM.

Default Keyboard is a bit small, if by chance can .ake it slightly bigger then it will be perfect
Some screenshots would have been appealing and helpful to know about the looks.
Rom updated!
Changes:
-NoCutoutOverlay included
@BenjiScale i don't need to flash gapps, right? ^^
Gapps are not included. You have to flash them, if you want to use Google Apps.
