Hallo Sekil,
First thank you for your work. I already tested 15.1 and now happy to test yours.
So we have to install official stock TW 7.0 first right? Do I have to boot and start the setup for the stock rom?
What does LOS 14.1 needs to be use from the stock rom?
I ask because the installation of the Los 15.1 is very slim and I'm interested in how many space the whole installation need.
Or will only survive a few needed parts of the stock rom after flashing your 14.1?
Kind regards,
S3k

This is because 14.1 and 15.1 use nogat ril blobs and prefer to install 14.1 or 15.1 over nogat in order to avoid bugs with the network.

So flash stock followed by twrp via Odin and 14.1 by twrp? No boot in between?
Thank you.

Boot once and install los.

Issues for me:
1) When trying to off the phone, 'shutting down' screen shown for 5 seconds.
2) Overheating and much battery draining in games and LTE.
I used your previous release and it has same problems like this one. Why all los based roms have overheating and battery problem i dont know. Can i use stock kernel on this rom?

1. This problem?
2. Yes los based rom have more battery drain.. now dont have fixes..
This rom used stock kernel (only activate 8 cores and fixes for mdnie and mtp)
You can use stock but need repack with los ramdisk. (but may have some bugs....)

Thank you. I love LOS but i can't use it because of the battery draining. But absolutely it's performance is better than stock nougat 7.

Is this related to this ROM (@alexax66 is also credited on it)? Because I have no battery issue with this one.

Nice thread
I am happy now:laugh::laugh::laugh::good::good::good:

Installation
Be unlocked, rooted, and have custom recovery already. TWRP 2.6.x.x is needed.
Download ROM here: http://diesburg.co/?dir=grouper/unofficial
Download Gapps here: http://pio-masaki.com/index.php?dir=gapps/4.2.2/
Have both files copied to your nexus and reboot to recovery
Flash the rom, then flash gapps, then reboot to system.
Changelogs and source are the same as cyanogenmod 10.1 nightlies as this is built straight from their source.
Credits to the cyanogenmod team and anyone involved in it
And big credits to pio_masaki for helping me a lot through the building process and answering a lot of questions for me.
You may wonder, what do you get from this that you don't get from CM10.1 nightlies? Well, nothing ATM... this is the first rom I've built so to start, I built straight from their source with no changes.
Future changes:
I will be adding tablet UI as that is what I prefer.
As stated this is my first rom, so to mods and users, if there is something wrong with my OP, please, let me know and I will fix it.
Why?
There's an official stable version

Because I'm learning. CM 10.1 is an easy start. CM10.2 isn't as stuff isn't all ready yet. And I'll share the results of me learning as I go along. I mentioned above, I'm gonna make it tablet UI also, you don't get that in CM10.1 stable.

Thanks for your contribution!
There is a small typo in the first post - the download URL actually points to jfltexx instead of jfltevzw builds.
Got a question, what root are you using in this? AICP switched to a systemless root magisk and couldn't get it working. Is this is still old school root? Systemless root has to patch the boot.IMG and with the bootloader locked it wont work? Correct? Just trying to understand. Thanks
Would like to switch.

Which custom recoveries do work on Verizon variant? Everytime I install TWRP is gives me this message: "System software not authorized by Verizon wireless has been found on your phone "
Alternatively, can this be flashed using Flashify?

We don't have an unlocked bootloader. If your bootloader version is MDK, however, there is an exploit known as LOKI. The LOKI exploit allows the bootloader to load 'unsigned' software, if said software has been patched to use the LOKI exploit. If your bootloader is NOT MDK, you're SOL. Don't tamper any more or you risk a brick.
(You can check your bootloader version by typing 'getprop|grep bootloader' in a terminal emulator on your device, or using 'adb shell' and then that from a command line on your computer.)
If you download and install TWRP from the TWRP app or site, it will not be LOKI patched. You need to find a patched recovery and flash that. Check the official TWRP thread. There is a gentleman who was kind enough to throw together a little command script that will flash a LOKI signed TWRP to your phone, if you have ADB enabled and are rooted.

I would also like to get clarification on this. I want to switch from my OctOS MM ROM to this. I have TWRP 3.1. installed, MDK bootloader.
@side, could you explain how root works on LineageOS 14 on this device?

This ROM is for MDK bootloaders only. It is not safestrap-compatible. On NK1, you'll need to stick with safestrap-compatible ROMs (TouchWiz-derived).
Also, please don't quote the OP
Has anyone tried this ROM on their jfltevzw yet? If not, I may give it a try anyway (with a bit more caution).

Not yet, not my daily and haven't messed with it again. Still on the aicp. I think I might have tried but had issues with finding root under developer options. That might have also been for the gnex. Lol

SuperSU I believe.
Alright, I'm taking the plunge. Loading 20170412 weekly and trying the SuperSU System-mode installer
Not going great. I was able to flash LineageOS and Pico Gapps, but every attempt I've made to root (system-mode method) so far has ended in boot-loops.
@uhh186 any tips would be appreciated.

I'm sorry; I don't use my SG4 anymore, I just play with it every once and a while to see if I can't get the latest software on it. I was wrong/misremembered when I said SuperSU.
We can't use SuperSU because nougat+ requires systemless mode, and we can't do that with a locked bootloader.
My SG4 is rooted, so I went and looked what I had done. It appears I had just flashed the LOS root module.

No apology necessary. Thanks for the help. It is strange, though. I've completely wiped internal storage, formatted data, installed again, and tried the LOS root addon. I still don't have root. The ChainsDD Superuser app from the Play store thinks I have root, but Titanium Backup and Root Checker can't find it.

LOS root requires some weird hoop jumping. Go into your developer options and make sure Root Access is enabled for apps and ADB.

Unofficial Cyanogenmod 11 ROM ported from Sony Xperia M!
Should work on Lumia 520/521/525/526/720, please report if it works or has any problem!
This rom is based on thinhx2 port, but has been fixed on some things to increase performance/put things to work.
WARNINGS:
If it's the first time you install Android on your Lumia, please go to this post and read the instructions: Android4Lumia original post
This rom includes by default the unofficial touchscreen drivers, as I have one.
If you have an official touchscreen, please flash this to boot through fastboot/twrp (same kernel without touch patch): http://www.mediafire.com/file/lxmh9pgqrbnj2fq/cm11-boot-officialtouch.img
For Lumia 520/521 users: DON'T INSTALL GAPPS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO THROW YOUR PHONE OUT THE WINDOW!! It becomes excessively laggy until you disable some Google play services using an app like Service Disabler.
I still don't recommend using any Lumia 52x with an Android ROM as a daily usage device, until some things are done (for example, better RAM management or RIL fixed).
Download here
Working:
Wi-Fi
Bluetooth
Battery meter (if you battery is damaged blame it, not me )
Almost everything (if not listed at not working list).
Not working:
RIL
Camera
Light/proximity/accelerometer sensors
Headphone jack not tested. BT headphones works
Screenshots:
Thanks to:
Android4Lumia project and all of it's members, for the main project. Without they nobody would get Android running on our Lumias!
thinhx2, for doing the port long ago and giving me the basics to start learning.
TBM13, for including unofficial touch support into the kernel and helping me to make the wifi/bt work.
ROM Info:

cool
it installed successfully on a lumia 521 & let me tell you something ,it blows all of the other lineage builds out of the water,it even comes with the option to set root out of the box ,it's also snappier & I've noticed the wifi scanning is not as clumsy as it was on lineage,& since my lumia 521 still has the official touchscreen i had to flash that boot img through twrp because after the initial rom flash i booted without it & the touchscreen was acting funny, thanks man
working on lumia 520
managed to install it on the lumia 520, seems to be working fine though the headphone jack is not working, which is a shame, i was hoping to be able to use this device as a music player among a few other things. anyone knows a way to fix that?

I've heard somewhere that using an app called SoundAbout you can setup the headphone jack correctly, but I'd not test that and as I'd give my 520 to a friend I can't test that anymore.

if you do have a Lumia 520, then I don't recommend using GApps because of they do make the phone UNUSABLE.
I'm used to have low end phones, my main phone currently has worse specifications than the 520 and still works better than a 520 with gapps. Really, don't do that. If you want to ignore this, just download ARM gapps for 4.4 at opengapps.org

I'm used to have low end phones, my main phone currently has worse specifications than the 520 and still works better than a 520 with gapps. Really, don't do that. If you want to ignore this, just download ARM gapps for 4.4 at opengapps.org

Tried it but no luck I am also used to low end devices I have a device with armv6 processor 256mb ram and 196mb storage (I partitioned SD card and expanded to 4 GB) it's limit is android 4.4.4 and can't go further than that that is also stable and gapps suck in that device so I don't use em but I have a Lumia 525 it is capable to run gapps I guess and if not it's ok I will let you know at least it will be worth trying . I will try to flash gapps again and lets see what happens. Can you help me to change back to Twrp Recovery please is there a way we can make a zip file for it instead of the IMG file which is not supported by Cwm I really want twrp back.
Thank you

ROM Info:
Rom OS Version: Android 4.4.4 Kitkat
Rom Kernel: 3.4.x

This is a BETA build, also on the crDroid side, so don't install it if you want a completley stable rom and don't report my already listet bugs!

If you don't like it, reboot into recovery and type the following command:
adb shell (or use TWRP's terminal)
bash /data/param_restore.sh
reboot
Uploaded a prepared package to build your own boot picture
download
I would recommend to use microG (much faster experience) or open Gapps as soon they are available.
Do you like my work?
Than you can simply hit the thanks button and consider to spend me a coffee or a beer,
I'm doing this in my free time and it also costs a lot of money to buy hardware.

N5100 and N5110 will follow soon, I have to make the system smaller for them.
N5110 and n5100 builds are up .
Thanks, installed it and it is running smooth from the beginning. Not sure besides the nice UI tweaks, if there is for me a big benefit compared to regular lineageOS. Are you planning to get one of the ROMs for the GT-N5100 into the mainline of LineageOS or CRDroid? It is great to have so many options for this trustworthy device but one point in time I probably will settle on one development line. Thanks again

Hi,
I can't make them official because of missing ebpf and many other needed hacks.
Thanks, I was not aware of this pre-requisite. So we can even be more happy about such a well working ROM
Thank you for this ROM only one question before d/l it, BT Headset while voice call is working ?
For some reason none of your A12 based ROMs work for me, tablet (N5110) is always stuck on bootlogo. LineageOS 16/18.1 work fine. Any ideas? Maybe some logs from recovery would help?

Excuse me, didn't notice the NEWEST build available. It works fine. But for some reason N5110 build asks for SIM-card on initial setup, is it okay? Sorry if it has been answered before I am a little bit stupid.

Yes, just skip this part for now, it won't be shown in future.
And the screen on time?
Are we coming out from beta yet? Or the question should be what are the differents between beta and final version?
Currently I'm using your lineage 16 final. Great works. Really appreciate it. Thank you

Not yet, final means that I will not work on this version, it reached it's final state from my side.
Hello! My device is 5100. Does anybody encounter a problem, when applications do not want to start, device just comes back to home screen. But after some time (many minutes or even hours) it may work normally.
The same situation was on Lineage 16.

I can't create a new account because the verification is in Russian and I don't understand Russian writing, I've tried translating using Google Lens it doesn't work
If possible, can you post a custom recovery here

Edit:
Should I flash via fastboot the recovery image you provided? Thanks for sharing.
