I'm currently running MIUI 9.5.3 stable version, but I want to downgrade it to the previous 9.2 version. My bootloader is LOCKED. Is there any way I can do that?

Guya i have a twrp backup of miui 7.3.2.0 then i flash miui dev mashmallow rom my bootloader got locked then i unlocked un officially if i restore my twrp backup will i get previous officially unlocked bootloader and miui 7.3.2.0
So i updated my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X to MIUI 8.5.2.0 and now if the phone has the SIM putted a annoying error appears every 5 seconds. I want to downgrade to previous MIUI version but i dont know anything about flashing ROMs in XIAOMI. I know how to do it im my older phone (Motorola Moto G 2014). I already unlocked bootloader. What i need to do next to downgrade to previous MIUI version?

You need to unlock bootloader and flash Android 6 image using MiFlash.
