thanks but i tried it,
OEM unlocked
USB Debugging ON but not works
i rebranded phone ALP-AL00 to ALP-L29 before
IS rebranding change bootloader unlock code ??

If you did it with funkyhuawei I think you are screwed. Read in the funky thread that rebranding changes something so fastboot can't read the imei correctly.

yes i did it funkyhuawei

Already asked in the huawei thread if there is a solution.
Hope there is. Not intend to unlock again, because I tested all custom out there, but maybe I need to later.

I also rebranded with Funky Huawei and this helped me to unlock my bootloader. Totally worth the 5 USD or 4 Euro. Thanks.

[Q] Can i Use the Bootloader Unlock tool

i have x10a that is not unlocked(i.e still locked to AT&T).
can i use the bootloader unlock tool or should i wait.
thanks
edit: i unlocked bootloader using qsd8250_semc and it worked fine.
I have a similar question.
I've unlocked my x10 through imei unlock. Any problems to use the bootloader unlock?
i think you should wait.
as stated you must be unlocked using setool to use the bootloader unlock

that's what i was thinking, if in a couple of days nobody tries to unlock bootloader having the sim unlocked with imei method (the only one available a year ago) i will ask the devs.
thank you
Actually, no need to be unlocked your sim can still be locked. What will happen is if you unlock the bootloader using the_laser method...you won't be able to unlock sim in the future as of now. If your sim is still locked and you don't care about unlocking sim...go ahead and unlock bootloader if you want.
If you unlocked your phone using third party to get imei number and what not...then you most likely cannot/should not try and unlock bootloader, atleast not until someone releases a fix that allows you to do so without losing radio signal.
the_laser actually posted a file that allows you to see if your eligible for bootloader unlock.
EDIT: didn't see your edit...haha oh well will leave this here for someone else.
I'll try tomorrow with the tool to know if i can use it and post the result here. Thank you
Ok, yes please post reply, I would like to know. I also read it shouldn't wipe anything... still ain't safe in unlocking it lol
i've tried with the tool to know the lock certificate and as i unlocked the phone with code, not with other tools i can unlock the bootloader. If you have unlocked your phone through imei code, at least for me, you can unlock the bootloader
I can confirm it works via the method in the OP of this thread for x10a on AT&T. Just follow the directions EXACTLY. Worked first try for me

No it will not wipe anything as long as you do it properly.

Same here. I got it unlocked but had to go back to 2.1, for some reason it wouldn't move forward with the batch file after I did the BB downgrade. I still got it to work though as long as you have a general idea of the steps and what to expect next.

Bootloader code!

Hello. Recently,my Mate 10 lite broke down. I had a rom morfuZ, and I tried to upload a soft system via HWOTA, it failed. I changed the regoin, and my bootloader changed to LOCKED, can this code be somehow get somehow? The site has not worked for a long time.
Thanks all!
If you have unlocked it previously, you would have the code written somewhere? Otherwise, you have to use dc-unlocker, cost about 4EURO or 6AUD
If I never unlocked it, can I unlock it now? I mean before I can Huawei closed the bootloader website.
I just wanna bought a Mate 10 yesterday and wanna change cust.

That's tricky. If you can't boot you won't be able to get a new unlock code. The reason it changed is if you use FH Rebrand tool. That tool flashes its own oeminfo which in turn will change your unlock code.
It changes imei/imei2/sn in fastboot, so old code is invalid after using it.

If it's on May patches or earlier you can use DC-Unlocker/HCU to get an unlock code. In later firmware this option was fixed by Huawei

Most likely you can. You would have to buy credits on dc-unlocker, then use HCU client to get unlock code.
When you are unlocked I would use HWOTA to rebrand. FunkyHuaweis tool will change your unlock code so you'd have to use HCU again to get a new unlock code. And HWOTA is free.

But first start with getting unlock code, and pm me or ask here if you need assistance.

Not yet tried, OEM Booloader unlock option is available.
I may lose all security options tied to it. Hence not yet rooted.
OEM bootloader unlock should enable the magic

Don't bother. He just reffers to 'OEM unlock' in developer options. But that doesn't do anything since we don't have fastboot. So in contrary to the OP, no, it won't 'enable the magic'
There is currently no known way to unlock the bootloader, let alone root the Oppo Find X.

Problem unlocking Bootloader.

Hi all, I have a problem,so I aks for a little help. I was unlocking bootloader to follow the guide for rooting but when I use flashtool to unlock the bootloader I can't put the unlocking code received from Sony cause flashtool open a windows where a code of 4 number is prewrited where I have to put the Sony's Unlocking code. And naturally I can't overwrite/erase it. Is some way to fix possible?
Thanks.

Can you show a screenshot? I've never seen that happen in Flashtool. You could also test it with fast boot in a regular terminal.

Strange. First thing to do is update Flashtool. Then try with new version.
I haven't used it to unlock the bootloader for a long time, so can't really remember the details, but I know it worked fine, and stored the code.
Maybe try double-click...
Hi,updated flashtool but not solved, also trying other solutions to modify the code but still not possible. >_<
Finally unlocked ,thanks for help.
Now I can work for root!

Confusing thread, but please read the existing threads on this topic as there are a few.
You need to SIM unlock the phone before you can unlock its bootloader.
If you have the T-Mobile variant, check this thread to see if they can SIM unlock your phone:
[CLOSED][T-Mobile USA] Free SIM Unlocking Service - [OnePlus/Samsung/Google/LG/Moto]
Hello XDA, I am back at it again with the free T-Mobile network unlocks. Yep, you heard that right... 100% FREE. This service will allow you to go into your Settings and perform a network unlock. I've been doing this for over 3 years now with...

Run the adb "debloater" script here if you have a T-Mobile device:

I haven't got a lot of time to get this out before heading out on a job, so here's the nitty gritty. A few days ago I flashed over "OnePlus_Nord_N10_5G_Metro_by_T-Mobile_OxygenOS_10.5.8" to get a clean start. I then allowed 10.5.14 to install...

No need to reboot, once you finish that, going into Developer options should allow you to set OEM Unlocking to whatever you want. Easy peasy.
If it is from T-Mobile, you'll need to go into bootloader to get the serial, unlock code, and IMEI to submit a ticket to Oneplus for an Unlock Token and then wait a week to get it.
You can skip all of that if it's direct from OnePlus - just toggle OEM unlocking in developer options then go into bootloader mode and 'fastboot oem unlock'.
