I guess its lineage os.only this ROM is consistently being updated no matter how old our mobile is.what do you think buddy ? You have any better ROM that you would suggest?

It's too early to be talking about CM 14 ROMs on Redmi Note 3. You can try this one if you desperately want android nougat but the rom is in alpha stage so there are major bugs on it. My guess is that we'll have to wait at least a couple of months (or even more) to get a stable release for android 7.
I'm wondering which one should I choose. REsurrection remix or official CM14.1? Performance, bartery and stability is what matters to me.
I think official cm14.1 is most stable ROM ,as nightly updates are good for solving bugs ,RR would have been best but maintainer of that ROM mostly busy ,and does not updates ROM regularly.or you can give the try to nightly RR which also good,if you want the taste of customisation.

Nightly RR? Which one are you talking about?
Android nougat was released in august 2016 the a5 2017 got the nougat in august 2017!!
If the a5 2017 does not get android P I am making a petition against Samsung and probably will not buy another Samsung phone!

If you would like to get the latest android versions , then you shold buy a flagship phone or phone from google. Its almost hopeless that we will get android P. Oreo will be the second bigger update or version update. As you know Samsung takes two bigger, version updates for their phones. Its just marketing, you know... But I belive there are great developers who will be able to compile the latest androids for our phones! If sources will be open, but I dont know that much about this...

Since battery life on Oreo based ROMs are not good. I want to flash Nougat based rom for Kenzo (3GB/32GB). Can you guys suggest which is the best Rom based on 7.1.2 along with firmware version and kernel config?
My suggestion: Customised LineageOS. Rock stable, frequently updated and synced with LOS source, great performance and battery life, right amount of features. Perfect daily driver and the one I've been using for long. Firmware: latest MIUI firmware.
Another suggestion would be Slim7, but the development has shifted to oreo and the nougat version is no longer updated. The last build dates back to November 2017. If that is not a concern, then try that out as well.

I am using Samsung J7 Max and it was released on June 20, 2017 and today's date is January 30,2019 . Its been almost two years and not a single Custom rom or even a single Custom Kernel was made for this device. I even posted a Rom request but still no response. I request all the developers out there kindly make a custom rom or a Custom kernel for this device to improve its performance Specially For Gaming .
