hi XDA community, i'm here to share with you my little project, my primary goal is to provide a stable, fast and battery friendly kernel with some cool features. I'm planning to upstream the kernel to latest available Linux kernel version version but i'll do it slowly because i want to test every change deeply.

The driver is enabled by default, you can control it with boeffla-kernel app or any other kernel tweaker app that have it included like ex kernel manager, if you want to change stuff via sys path you can take a look at the wakelock blocker wiki.

I see a copy and paste of all features and changelog from 4.0 and I see the 5.0 alpha.
I don't think that 5.0 has all these features.... Right?

Hey not sure if you are new to android but when flashing a completely new rom and especially when going to a new OS a full wipe is recommended. Of course this is just your data/factory reset wipe which TWRP and CWM both have an option for when installing a new rom.
Of course you can dirty flash if you like but please do not post any bugs whatsoever. Hope this helps and you can always Google questions like this

So far notice one disturbing issue:
Display-> Rotation -> Rotate Lock Screen doesn't seem to make a difference, lockscreen keeps rotating even when disabled.
Could you add more control over notifications ?
I think in Teamsek's ROM one can make some notification not appear on lockscreen.
About lockscreen rotation, i havent made any changes here so must be cm issue, i'll check for fixes

There just starting to work on it, not even merged in there builds yet. I just put it in yesterdays build and with christmas and family and all havent even tested it yet. heres the commit message though:
Improve HeadsUp [1/2]
Rework stock behaviours.
* Don't show if we're on expanded status bar, right?
* Ensure there is a strong reparenting since we are manipulating now,
avoid blank notifications, broken clicks and other evil cases.
* Add some comments
* Add experimental settings to enable rich non-noisy notifications that have
a not empty ticker. Stored in Developer options.
* Add multiuser support, provide a system setting to override heads up
showing. User can disable heads up within this one so we don't need to
mess with Settings.Global heads up dependencies and break Google wide
implementations like priority filtering etc.
* Check if view is attached/detached before removing/adding it, even if the
workflow shouldn't face this issue (it's handled by a single observer) but
better be safe i guess, doesn't hurt And if we somehow add Theme Engine
or whatever needs status bar recreating this will come handy.
* Add FLAG_WATCH_OUTSIDE_TOUCH, since we manage outside touch events.
* Hide heads up after 1.0 second on touch outside and/or on home button
pressing (more specifically when animateCollapsePanels() is called).
* Rework Edge swipe helper, don't, for UX sake, expand status bar when we
swipe down from top and heads up is showing. Leave stock handling there only
for debug case, on swipe up just HIDE the notification, don't dismiss it too.
* Code Cleanup.
* Use HEADS_UP_REQUESTED extra. See https://gerrit.slimroms.net/#/c/19496/
* Don't show heads up while IME is showing.

Tried following below steps for installation, boot successful but not super su app font. Tried installing supersu.zip from recovery but still no success. Please help
1) WIPE DATA/CACHE
2) Flash Rom
3) Flash a Custom Kernel if you want (not needed)
4) Flash SuperSU
5) Flash GApps Aroma
6) Reboot

I know, I didn't flash it, but you clearly state in the OP that SuperSU needs to be flashed and I suspect that several people will run into bootloops unless you change it.

Yes you are right that there is no need to install superSU, but by default in the rom there is superuser and not superSU and because of which i am facing issue with titanium backup 'it says something about updating su binary".
even i tried flashing superSU after rom boot completed but still there is no icon of superSU, also i don't know how to replace superuser with superSU.
Please help me on this

I am sorry but as far as i know SuperSU does not work on 6.0.1 roms.
and you should not flash it because it could cause some trouble.
for the moment you have to stick with the in-built stuff.
about titanium backup problems i remember quite some other people - but i do not know how they solved it (did not yet search for it)
but i do remember they advised not to restore system apps and system data by titanium because it could cause trouble.
i do hope, somebody else can give you advise about this matter.

Hi,
Yes superSU works on 6.0 roms for sure i have used DU rom and now i am using Bliss Rom both are having superSU and not superuser.
Also if any body could help me in replacing superuser with superSU in beanstalk. I really want to try this rom

Just installed build 20160606 with open nano gapps
bootet within 11 min. (115 apps).
great Rom, very smooth indeed, i love the xperia apps (album with streaming option, videoplayer and the nice keyboard)
(I will only replace stock camera by SnapCamera)

Q: i have long charge time !
A: there is a driver to reduce charge current if battery temp goes high to prevent damage, if cpu temp goes high thermal driver will cut off freqs so it can reduce charge time, so monitor system for why temp is high specially on battery.
Q: can i turn intelli_thermal_2 off to get better performance?
A: we have 2 intelligent thermal control driver, if you turn it off the built-in driver will get online and control the temperature which is controlling temp during the boot till intelli_2 get online then you can have more control over it. i changed parameters from 80 & 90 degC to 72 & 75 degC for safer temp control (as a user requested ). so if you want get higher freq values at higher temperature you should get control of intelli_2. caution: reduce the temperature for long life.
Q: i can't get last_kmsg , there is no last_kmsg ?
A: actually there is a tunable parameters to let the kernel dump it at fails but you can use ADB and get live kmsg log at terminal by running "cat /proc/kmsg". it will show you live show

Which means one contains slim governor(among other governors included) compiled with ubertc 5 and the other one with ubertc 7, and another pair with elementalx governor.
When I use 64GB sdcard, it seems that i can't use. Please support exfat. Thank you!

Both are performance oriented and very simillar.i just let users choose which one they decide to have.
You can disable gboost in governor settings & lower down differential & ramp up sample_rates & lower responsivness ...

Main difference i found no lag like official so far will give it a few days

Thanks so much for this!! Have u make a tweak to the governor? Bcos in the official omni, the default governor is so much lag and slow...
