Click to collapse
For now seems that there's no way to have the DT2W, even because there isn't root.

Wake up screen on Huawei media pad m5
Hi I found out how to do this by accident. at the bottom of the tablet there is a fingerprint scanner I believe that's what it is. It's where the old home screen button used to be on Samsung. If you just put your finger on it for a few seconds it will wake up your screen. Works well on my mediapad M5 8 inch model

MINICM7 "autokill" issue?

hi all, i've just installed minicm7 pro v20 on my mini pro and i've got a problem:
when i push the home button with an app opened it doesn't go in background it closes, this may be good for ram but multitasking is impossible with that "feature", is this normal? is there a way to disable that?
Unfortunately it kills the app ...
I think there is no way to do that, maybe others have?
It' very annoying a smartphone without multitasking is almost useless...

[TIP] Reduce capacitive buttons response lag

Hello all speed freaks out there!
Today during my OPT checkout i noticed one important thing which I thing nobody mentioned on forums before.
I couldn't believe that my new OPT is much less responsive on buttons then my HTC One M8 so I made some comparisons and this is what I found out:
The thing is that the phone is much more responsive when using on screen buttons instead of capacitive buttons.
I checked it out by turning on screen buttons on while remaining home function of finger print scanner button.
By default middle button is also checking if you didn't push it twice or didn't push it longer for alternative functions.
To have it responsive the same way as on screen buttons you have to change it's function for double click and long click to no action (the same for both sides buttons) and voila - phone is responding muuuch quicker to commands.
I've noticed that especially double tap function changing has huge influence (sorry double tap to start camera users )
Please try it yourself and give me a feedback
Cheers
If this works, i love you, thanks for posting!

Smart lock "on body" doesn't work

Hi tried this option but it doesn't work at all. I unlock the device while I'm walking, then I lock it and in the meantime I keep walking but the phone lock anyways. I supposed to find it already unlocked. Any ideas?

Smart lock 4 hours notification

Hi guys, yesterday I got a smart lock notification like this. Anyone has received it? I disabled it, but I want to enable it again and I don't know what service is handling this kind of notification.
P. S. Ho my s9+ there is a "grammar error" because the message says "4hours" without the space between "4" and "hours". Is it like this for you too?

No one?

My S7 Edge would lock the screen, requiring a PIN to unlock, after 4 hours, but I don't recall ever seeing a notification. I haven't seen similar behavior on my S9+, but I'm using Face Unlock, too, so that may explain why.
