Changing system icons. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I installed a custom rom and it contains ugly, square, system icons.
I use nova launcher but obviously it doesn't change the system icons, so I still see them in the recents screen, in settings, etc...
Is there any way to change them or restore the default ones for each app, basically disabling this system wide "icon pack"?

How to change the icons for mail/phone/internet at the bottom of the screen?

Like how you can switch between your different backgrounds, there's five icons at the bottom that are persistent, don't change as you switch backgrounds, for the phone, mail, internet etc etc.. How do I change these? Thanks.
ummm trying to remember with touch wiz, i only used that launcher in transit from the store to my house wherein i rooted and restored my apps from my captivate which included adw ex launcher
I believe you open the app drawer, hit the menu button, and the edit option, then just drag what apps you wanna use to the dock.
If you are wanting to just change the picture then you'll need a different (read as better) launcher.
This should not be difficult?

[Q] "Set Icon Pack" not updating desktop icons, except those from old Launcher

[Q] "Set Icon Pack" not updating desktop icons, except those from old Launcher
Under Gen, Manage App Drawer, Set Icon Pack. Changes all icons in app drawer to reflect icon pack.
It will not change the desktop icons, HOWEVER it will change the desktop icons it migrated over from my old launcher. If I add icons from the App Drawer to the desktop or any other way I can think of (long pressing on the desktop and adding icons) it will never change the icons when I change an icon pack. I can see the icons not changing if I manually went in and changed them but I don't see why this is working this way. I even changed the icon pack back to the default then added my icons changed icon pack to non default and the desktop icons did not update.
Is this a bug or a feature? With Set Icon Pack, Themer will update all the desktop Icons from when I migrated my icons from my old launcher but not on anything after that?

How to change Nova Launcher folders size?

Is it possible to change the folders size in Nova Launcher? When i create folder it is created with bigger size then the app icons and it looks ugly. I played with the settings but i couldn't find option for changing folders size.
Also, is it possible to change the folder grid from 2x2 to 3x3 and get the same functionality as the folders in iOS?
You can just choose the None option for the folder background so it won't have it icon. It'll just appear as floating app icons but will still have a background when you open the folder. There isn't an option to change the grid size though.
Is there a app that can create folders in the same way they are created in iOS and work on Nova Launcher? One Launcher can do this but i like to use Nova Launcher.
This might work https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.abcOrganizer.lite
I already have tried this app but it doesn't do what i want. As basic functionality it cover the iOS folders, but in details, and i like details, it doesn't come close to the iOS folders functionality. Like adding apps with drag and drop, open the folder and swiping the apps pages inside it, the look and feel are not as the iOS at all.

Changing system icons?

I've installed the official DotOS and the icons have been changed to squares.
I use Nova launcher and ofcourse I can modify the icons there, but I still see the ugly square icons in the recents screen, in the settings, when I need to share something... basically is there any way at all to change the icons system wide? (I atleast would like to revert them to their default icons, the ones that you see on the play store basically).

How to arrange menu icons custom

I am super annoyed by the fact that only option to arrange icons is alphabetically.
Whenever i Install a new app, it displaces all my icons and I would like to keep a custom layout or at least get the new installed app to appear at the end
