Stock minimum width dp? - Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Questions & Answers

Hi!
Can someone check what the stock minimum width dp on a T825 is? I forgot to note it before starting to elaborate. It's under development options.
Thanks!

It's 768 on a t820. Pretty sure it's the same on a 825.

Edit your build.prop. You don't need an app to change the DPI.

why two lcd density values in build prop?

Now that I got my phone all unlocked and running beans build two I always like changing the lcd density to the 300-290 range. My question is why does the note 2 have two settings in build props and all over phones ive had only have one? I changed both to 290 and everything seems good but im wondering if just changing one would do something different weather the first changes some thinf and the second changes others. If anyone knows id appreciate some info. Thanks in advance.
I only have one for lcd density and one for lcd brightness.
Not trying to tell you what to do, but I'd suggest changing to 280 because it has more compatibility.

Interesting. Is there anything in particular that doesn't work on that dpi? Have you ever had a SOD using it? I had several of them @ 240.

I wonder why I have two for density. Oh well. But I do wonder I have never had an issue with dpi and things not working. So whats more compatible about 280. I appreciate the info though.

No there is not (other than what you can set in battery maintenance). And there are no custom kernals developed yet that would allow it.

Anything changed here? Can we activate such a mode now?

Volume steps

Does anyone have a solution for the horrible volume steps with this phone? Seems like it's either way too low or too high. I'm thinking a third party app would help this out.

Actually apk mirror has it
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsu...soundassistant-2-0-03-0-android-apk-download/
Just be aware that by default the steps is at max and to add more steps you actually have to slide it down.

Does this mean QHD is enabled (not the FHD+) on 96/120hz?
Update: saw it, not QHD for 96/120hz. Only at FHD+ only is enabled.
Is there anyway to find out what my refresh rate is on the phone please to make sure its working and not just 120hz?cheers

Trying turning the screen off and back on after you make a change - I found I had to do this before it was registered by screen info apps etc.

for me took half a day longer battery and 90mins+ SoT to around 7hrs+ SoT with 96Hz display.
Working
Well done SatySatsZB
It works. Nice App. Thanks.
Anyone notices a difference on your phones temperature using 96hz? Mine is a little bit warmer compared to using 60hz. Im using S20 Ultra.
Also I just realized that this app still prioritizes the set display Hz rate in Settings>Display>Motion Smoothness. If you set 60Hz in display settings the app wont work.
what's the application behind this? or usage for common folks?
Noob question but it's 96hz at FHD so is this to save battery vs the 120?
Can we do the same with older devices, like Note8 and S8?
Almost all Xiaomi phones are supported to increase refresh rate up to 84-85...
