Hello friends, i'm new here, but i'm good with cellphones, i really like this topic.
I have a problem, some weeks ago i broke my cellphone in the gym , the screen is black but the cellphone is working. the problem is that i want to see my cellphone screen in the pc but i don't know how can i do that. i'ts because, you know, the screen is black and i need a way to trasmit the screen to my pc if the screen is black

Hello, please forgive me if i make a new thread about bleeding. Searching it a while ago and cant find any answer about that. No its not about bleeding when screen on. Its about bleeding when screen off!
Its been 2 months since i got this amazing phone. Through this forum i learn to flash both custom rom and kernel and all work well.
Few days ago, my friend talk about yellow tint and bleeding screen.
Used *#0*# to test it then I used Receiver (white) to test yellow tint and vibration (black) to test bleeding screen. Glad i dont see any sign that my friend told me.
Then last night right before i go to bed (dark room), i charge my phone (i always turn off my phone when im sleep) i see a black spot at the edge of my phone screen (around battery image).
Any1 know what it is and how to remove it?
Or its a lcd issue and i much replace it with a new lcd?
Is that "black spot" effect my phone performance.
Im afraid it getting worst.

Hellow everybody! 4 days ago I got the screen I ordered from ebay and I have a big problem! I installed the screen on the phone, and the phone was booting up, the touch screen worked I could sense the lock screen when I touched it but nothing! Also the phone was burning! after noumerous tries , the screen finally worked the next day! But one day after , it had the same problem!Now the screen is black since two days ago! Any help! I tried repairing with pc companion, but the screen still remains black!!
Since you installed it yourself, you maybe made a mistake during install, something wrong got connected or something.
You said, that phone heated up. Some connections could have melted or even some chips.

The phone worked for a day before repairing. And it didnt worked for two days berfore repair, after it had worked!!

Yes it works , the touch screen works i can feel it by sliding the lock button.
But it remains black, i heard sound about the battery. so the phone works but the screen remains black.
Seems like connection issue between mainboard and the screen. You mentioned getting warm - could have been too hot for the connections.

No I've trying installing the screen many times , but the heat was coming from a single part of the motherboard , i opened the phoned and touched it! It was burnig hot! Now there is no heat , the phone boots up, i can sense the lock sliding when I move it (vibration) but i cant see anything!!! It worked for day perfect! The first morning , heated for some time , but it work after ten minutes for a whole day with no problem! the next day i went to the cafe of the village and connected to the internet by wi-fi connection, when I left, the problem started again ! And the phone is working , as I mentioned before, but the screen isn't viewing anything!
Greetings XDA'ers, i have a Galaxy S II (international) and it's running stock ICS (XXWLPG) and the "problem" is that right before the lock screen comes up there is some screen flickering, black and white lines flickers vertically across the screen in about half a second before the lockscreen comes up. Its very hard to see this. But its easy to see it in dark rooms, like cinemas and such.
I have already returned the phone to where i bought it, the first time they changed the front LCD panel. and 2. time they didn't fix anything. And here in Norway the third time can get my money back for the phone if the same problem exists for 3 times. And if i do that then i can get the money back. And buy a S III ))
But anyway is this normal, they said they discovered the problem when i send it in the first time. and its still happening. so is this happening to you guys??

HI everyone My Xperia Mini Pro worked just fine, then one day the screen remained black after unlocking it... it still worked, i could feel the touch and vibrations, i could basicly do everything just that i wasn't able to see it. After some shaking, pressing, sliding the keyboard out, it came back to its normal state, but would go black again if i pressed it hard and hold...Now the screen is always black. I hadn't really dropped it, it wasn't exposed to high temperatures, it just happened......i took it to some service centers and they have changed the flex cable a few times but didn't work..they assumed it was a hardware issue.....My warranty's long out.....WHAT SHOULD I DO???...Is there a chance that a screen change might help it and what would it cost me? please help

You have to replace the screen of course . Not very expensive i think .

My friend broke his XMP screen bro, and in the service center they charged it too heavy such that he can buy an another device
try flashing stock ics just to check if it is software problem else you have to bear expenses if you cant miss such a good device
you can buy cheap screen screen for your device on some asian web sites and mabe from ebay. if you need links, just tell me...

Hello all,
First of all I hope I am writing in the correct section... Otherwise please let me know.
Secondly: Something really strange is happening to my Galaxy S2.
Last year, the glass broke on the street and I changed it manually by buying one from eBay and following video instrctions. This year the touch and AMOLED part of the screen cracked (I don't even know how). This time I decided to buy a Galaxy S4, as I didn't want to "invest" anymore on the 2-year old smartphone, but I kept it. Later this year I decided to fix the S2 one again, and so I ordered a replacement screen (which costed a whopping $105!!!) and changed it. To my surprise, although I checked all the motherboard connections more than twice, the phone turns on, the Welcome Screen (configuration for first time usage screen) appears, but... The screen is unresponsive and I also can't change the volume nor turn the screen off by pressing the lock/power button.
If someone knows something about this problem or how to fix it, I would appreciate a comment with information regarding it to be able to understand what is happening.

B.S.: I don't know if this information has anything to do with the problem, but the first screen I bought wasn't original, as it didn't have the Samsung logo on the ribbon cable, while the new one is original and the Samsung logo appears on the ribbon connector. I wonder: Is this a factory failure?

Buy ORIGINAL screen for I9100 and replace it. Thats all.
