Why no one replay

don't search i'm tired from searching & trying with my bootloopning f600l
i learned 2 things 1 never buy lg phone without 1 million people confirm it will not bootloop
2 never update to latest android os if you don't guarantee root access

No unlock bootloader, no root since MM. It's not the end of the world but life could be better with it, say enable AptX on this phone. If something you'd like to achieve feel free to share, in case there is a rootless workaround that comes close.

you talkied about APTX what is it that .. and show me the solution

so as i see here .;there is no root for this phone now or any soon future

Nope, don't feel too bad, there's nothing much you can do these days with root unless custom ROM is your thing or you're on stock ROM closed to AOSP , which not including LG UX. Trust me, I have rooted device which is Asus Zenfone 3. My banking app won't open due to security risk of being rooted. You can try virtual xposed with at least few usable mods, but LG V10 getting warm due to Virtual Xposed running in the background, so I gave it up.

[Q] xda or other ROM for LG G Vista?

Am I missing it or are there instructions to root and instructions for multi-boot but no ROM for the LG G Vista, please?
I've searched and read through a bunch of threads but nada ... so far.
Will any of the ROMs for other LG G-series phones work?
Thanks!
Wait ... I just looked in About phone and it says this is a VS880.
I just got this from Verizon.
I'm seeing the VS880 referred to as a G2 and a G3 on the Internet - what is it really, please?
It came with Android 4.4.2, kernel version 3.4.0+, and our son rooted it for me earlier today.
Just in case any of those details help ...

They are the same thing. One is the internal name while the other is normal users name of the device. As for roms make sure to do your reading up as the device is pretty locked down.
So, you are saying that there is no ROM anywhere for the LG G Vista/VS880?
Is there any reason to believe that anyone is actively developing one?
There are so many sites touting Rooting as a pathway to loading a ROM it seems odd there there is not one.

It takes more then root. You need an u locked bootloader or a way to bypass a locked bootloader like safestrap or bump. Most developers that make roms only make them for devices they own.
The bootloader bypass has been solved:
http://www.unlock-bootloader.info/mp3-0/lg-g-vista-6569.html
The LG G Vista/VX880 is "free" on Verizon with the $16/mo Edge data plan & has a nice big display.
I have my Samsung Tab4 7" tablet for sale as I don't need it now that I have the LG G Vista/VX880.
There are ROMs for the models all around the LG G Vista/VX880 - it's hard to believe that LG made that phone so radically different from the others that tweaking an existing ROM to port it would be beyond a developer.
Sure wish I had the skills ... sigh.
It's not really that. It's most developers seldom do ports. Let alone for devices that don't have. After looking at the spec is not a bad mid range device. But also remember that. Most carriers in the world are GSM carriers and very few work on cdma devices.
There are plenty of Tuts on how to port. Could be something you could look into

Modified request: Is there an app/hack that strips-out all of the Google stuff, especially their backdoors & data-leeching?
If no one is going to build a custom mod - which seems apparent - it sure would be good to have a clean machine onto which to then install carefully selected apps.
Thanks!

Simple answer is no. You would have to build a rom from source and then remove alot of the Google based code. There is a project that is working on it but you lose alot of functionality.

Cannot the functionality be restored via privacy-respecting alternative apps?
What about an app that monitors the bad behavior of the Google code than cannot be removed and blocks execution of data-leeching & activity monitoring?

Not completely no. Many have been trying over the years. Your biggest issue is the device your using. Once that is taken care of you can try and build something but like I said alot of the stuff is built directly into the os.
To be honest privacy is an illusion at best now a days. Every thing monitors what you do. From credit cards to social net networking. It is all made to get as much info as it can about a person. Even carriers do it. It has even come to light that Verizon can monitor the apps installed on a device.

I just re-flashed my VX880 last night to stock 5.1.1.
I can give some pointers that I had to work through if you have any questions, or have not gotten any help since last November.
I have spent many hours looking .

Many Many hours wasted on Google,Bing, ect. I haven't found anything. I have seen where some people refer to this as the same as a G2 And others but it's clearly not. But yeah wish someone would put something out. Agreed. I have however figured out how to get Viper4Android and Dolby Atmos to work. So if anyone is interested in knowing how that's done hit me up. All you have to have is root. NO custom recovery. Haven't seen a post on how to do that either? I still have 8 more to go before I can post lol.

Root Blu Energy Xl

I have got the new smartphone blu energy xl, I want to get root acces, also I would like to install a recovery to change the rom.
I'm considering buying this device but no update news on when it will probably get Marshmallow is a big issue since updates are very important to me.
Anyone have a stock ROM for this device or for the Gionee Marathon M5 Plus (same device)?

I used Kingroot at first but was able to get CWM working and now use SuperSU on CM 12.1.
Do you have a link for CM 12 for Blu Energy XL?

Well; its really early so development isn't quite there yet for this model. But there are people working on it. Here is a google+ page for a person who managed to get CWM Philz Touch working and once installed you can just use the zipped SuperSU file to root your device. I had to use sideload but it worked!
https://plus.google.com/102570499717657018520
https://download.chainfire.eu/696/supersu/
The guy who provided the CWM recovery is also working on a CM rom also; hopefully he'll have a stable rom soon.
I Am SO "BLU" right now
I have a BLU Energy XL aka "Beast Companion" and it truly is that. The specs are great and it performs as such. I have been trying for days to just root it properly (because there is no chance of unlocking the bootloader and installing a custom recovery much less anything else) because as another poster said its just too "new" I guess. I LOVE THIS PHONE it was worth every penny.
Now what I have tried is Kingroot, RootGenius and IRoot but all I became was Irate . Not because they did not root the phone, they did.......BUT afterward I was unable to download, install or update any apps on my phone especially from the playstore. My live wallpapers did not function and display and security settings had to be reset upon each reboot. I unrooted and factory reset my phone (I had nothing to lose just yet because I haven't had it very long and did that for this very purpose) and the minute I brought everything back up VOILA!! Right as rain again (which I am quite happy about, no REAL damage)
So I guess what I am saying is, the common denominator is my phone and not necessarily the tools, which I acknowledge. I want to point out also that with KingRoot, I TRIED "SUPER-SU-ME" , left it for dead for like 2 hours and came back and YEP, NOTHING.........so that does not work for this model as far as I know.
Thank you for reading my post and I guess I just have to wait for what this phone needs and I will do so patiently because if you own one then you know what I mean when I say, IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT and badass in the meantime
Any idea if the ROM is complete? I miss the features of stock/CyanogenMod. Fingerprint and no audio is a deal breaker.
---------- Post added at 04:06 AM ---------- Previous post was at 04:06 AM ----------
Also what's the status of the recovery? I hate that it's upside down and no touch control.
I have bought the oneplus 3T , I recommend to sell this forgotten cell phone, it doesn't have any actualization

LG Stylus 2 (K520) How to root?

Hi,
i bought a LG Stylus 2 K520 because of the DAB+ chip inside. I want to use it with android auto. There are no apps at the moment that are supported with DAB+ inside android auto.
Because of this i need AAMirror. In order to use AAMirror i need a rooted phone.
As i checked the ability for this phone to get rooted i was a little bit disappointed.
At the moment i tried all one click rooting programs (Kingoroot, Puuh etc.). I also tried the apps for windows IRoot, LG One Click Root e.g.. I also flashed the oldest firmware that was available.
I read all posts regarding the K520. But at the end nobody got it work.
So far i don't know if there is an option to get the phone rooted ? Please help me.
Best Regards
Drafter0815

Possible to root a LG Escape Plus

Now I currently don't have a pc I only have a chromebook and I will be able to get on a pc when the library opens back up.
But it seems that this device the LG Escape Plus on android 9, with a snapdragon 425 is not rootable, or atleast I can't root it with kingroot and other apps.
I want to install custom gaming roms so my games can run better and longer without over heating.
Any help on this is nice.
@UnKindedKtime
AFAIK it depends on its firmware version.

Question why the community for edge 30 pro is not that active?

5 years ago when i got Moto g5 plus. its community was very proactive in terms of ROMs and stuff, but that is not the case here with edge 30 pro, is it beacuse the phone is not that popular or its new? coz i am thinking of getting this or the upcoming moto frontier but since moto only supports the device for 2 years, i want to root my phone and install a custom ROM on it. does anyone know if the custom ROMs will be availabe for it anytime soon, and also if anyone can make a tutorial about rooting the phone, that will be very helpful. Thanks
The phone is new, not that popular, and motorola doesnt make it easy for custom roms either. We can probably count on some more popular ROMs like LineageOS as more people get the phone and demand rises.

thank you, but i dont think lineage OS will be better than the stock moto UI, i still love my moto g5 plus due to its support. Motorola should either provide atleast 3 years of supoprt or make the unlocking and installing TWRP easier. also one more thing i didnt saw TWRP installation in the provided link is it due to Motorola being more strict??

TWRP itself is on the decline since Android 10. Magisk-patching boot manually has become the more universal rooting method.
