BTW, the roms which are only zips, you just need to extract the update.app inside of the zip and install normally
i say this because mm for example cant install zips as local update

@Johnathan94 you can but im not sure how, since i own the G play, and its the same as 4X but for latin american countries and i can install any 4X rom without problems or editing anything, but in the real 4x i think it isnt that easy, maybe changing some build.prop values and flashing a region zip, you can, but i dont know how to do that

Unfortunately can't root my che2ul00 Android 6 official every time i try to root it stuck on boot-loop then i have to recover the Chinese official update.app
so i can't edit the build prop but just in case if i could edit it what to edit and edit it to what cause I've extracted the update.app file into my pc and accessed the build prob file but didn't see any che2 ul00 values in it

I don't know, but it's safe to update to 5.1 then 6.0

I figuerd out how to change the system region to install another region ota update.app
it is about changing the oem info file
just downgrade to android lollipop or kitkat and root your device then copy new oem file
and overwrite it with ES file Explorer if any one needs these files tell me to upload it thanks again

You can extract the recovery from the update using huawei update extractor, and yes there's TWRP for 4x
