Any music app that can handle the microsd card on the Android P Betas? - Nokia 7 Plus Themes, Apps, and Mods

On the first beta, Google Music wouldn't even read the sd card, the next beta we got, it reads, but won't play.
Any good replacement music apps that can play music from the sd card on Android P developer?

Sony Music should work

Haven't tried in Nokia 7+
But it was able to read from SD Card in Xperia XZ2 on Android P DP2

Try Musicolet: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.krosbits.musicolet

Play Music works on the last beta, but thanks for the Sony Music port, it's a good app, it's like the Windows Phone Music Player and can edit the tags within the app

Every music app that I have used has worked, whether it's Poweramp, Shuttle or Jet Audio.

[Q] Music App won't add new music

The last month or so, every mp3 I download will not show up in any music apps I have on my phone. I used the HTC stock music app, PowerAmp, and now I'm using Google's music app, which is awesome. However, each app had the same results. I moved all my music into the same folder on my SD card. The new songs will play if I play them straight out of Root Explorer so I know the files are ok, they just won't show up in the apps. Any ideas? Thanks.

google music player not working properly

google music player is not listing the songs present in the sd card.
if i copy the file to sd card it shows. however, if connect the phone to computer and access sd card again the songs are no longer displayed in the google music player app(i think some scanning bug).
no problem with htc music player app.

ya F google music and use poweramp also google music only plays music you buy from them ONLY as i found out then i said F google music
the app for some reason only recognizes music files stored in the root of the sd card and won't recognize them if they're in any folder.

Google Play Music on Player 3.6

I'm using this with All Access, though most of my music is on a 64 GB SD card. It's mostly great because anything I add to my library from All Access I can pin while on WiFi and listen to seamlessly offline. My one problem is that there are a lot of tracks it won't play. I thought maybe it was file type, but there are songs from the same album that will and won't play. Anyone know what might be up with that?

Help with google play music app xperia z3v

Hi I've got a sony xperia z3v and I just recently started having the problem with my google play music app. I have all my songs saved from googles butt to my sd card and recently my app stopped finding the files of songs on my sd card, it just says that I have no songs saved on my sd card. If I unmount then remount my sd card the app finds all the songs but not the album art and if I close the app it goes back to saying that there is no music saved. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'd appreciate any help.
