If you can go to TWRP recovery then use flashable stock rom to recover your phone.Or try flashing boot.img from the stock rom also. This should work.

Ok, Thank you so much for your help but I find the problem (it was the update of twrp, it was in 3.02 and I downgrade it to 3.01) and now, my phone works again!! but do you think it's a good idea to get my phone in emui 4.0 with this rom?

Yes you can try this rom.Looks fresh to me but can't guarantee it will not contain any bugs or issues. And be sure this rom only made for your device.

If you face any problem and need to improve or add new features in the rom just comment in the Rom's thread or PM that Rom Developer because he is the one who build rom for your device. Here me or anyone can't help you with this. And always use stable build.Don't try too fast to try Recently developing Alpha, beta or nightly rom.It contains too many issues and bugs.but if you want to help developer and you know how to handle your phone in such bad situation you can go for those builds and provide Dev log to develpoer.

Root

I mean is there any possible way to root this device? I tried flashing SuperSU, didn't work. Then I tried flashing the systemmode SuperSU, got stuck in the bootloader warning text. I also tried some pre rooted Roms from the forum.. and they just won't boot. What am I missing here..??

I didn't. I had no clue what it was. I just flash recovery n install the SuperSU file with it on other phones.
Now I'll try rooting it once the nougat arrives.

Nougat could introduce more issues (e.g. Xposed doesn't work with Nougat as of today... Magisk & SuperSU... who knows?) but in theory steps should be the same...
More: this is unknown to most (and I don't have a clear explanation for it... only some hypothesis...) but even TWRP could have issues...
On another phone I've found (only one time to be honest... ) that an updated firmware required an updated TWRP to have it working (older one simply doesn't booted anymore even if reflashed...)

I don't like OTAs at all... I'll prefer going with flashing full images by fastboot (if stock images) or TWRP (if custom ROMs or zip flashable version of stock images...).
They are safer and cleaner than OTAs...

@enetec
Are you able to restore all the changes you made to /system, to successfully install the next OTA-update?
Or you just reflash the whole stock image before the next ota?

Probably it could be possible to restore all as stock from my backups, but I will surely update (when I'll decide to...) using fastload or TWRP (depending of image formats...) as you said...

OTA Updates with Magisk installed

I recently rooted my device using this tutorial:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-4/how-to/guide-root-using-magisk-stock-recovery-t3718203
The guy who posted it says that since we keep the stock recovery we can safely install OTA updates without any problems but he doesn't mention how. Is there a way to install OTA without getting bootlooped or bricked and of course without wiping everything? Also, Flashfire doesn't work on my phone (it kicks me out after loading). Besides I've heard that it can really mess up your device. Just please help out here because I really want to keep my phone updated without losing my data.
Thx in advance

Also you couldnt use flashfire since you need to root using Super SU instead of magisk , but you would also loose system ota feature since supersu break ota...

Question Are there any benefits to install Magisk if my model (sm-A526u) can't be rooted?

I have done my research on xda and Google about my phone version not having access to root yet; and I would like to know the opinion of users of my same phone model: SM-A526U; What benefits can i find if i install magisk?
can i use the magisk modules without being rooted?
thank you for reading my post and thank you in advance if you respond

Have you tried Odin to do the flashing? While not the same device, I have rooted my SM-A526B without TWRP by patching the boot image with Magisk and then copying over the patched boot.img file to a computer, then finally flashed it over using Odin.
I have played with TWRP and Odin in the past with other phones; But I don't feel comfortable experimenting with this phone since it's my only source of work right know. After the process is proved ok by other people with the exact same model as mine, I can't risk experimenting like I have done other times.

This won't work on Samsung "U" variant phones because of their locked bootloader. Once you modify boot.img with Magisk, the phone will automatically detect it as custom firmware and it won't allow it to be flashed because of locked BL.
