Hi, I have the same issue but I can get another ATT phone to work with, how do I get the emmc full dumps from the working device?

I've bought a secondhand LG V10 (F600L) korean variant.. And I just noticed that my Serial Number was 0..
Wasn't able to use lgup to flash kdz nor the lg flash tool and LG Bridge..
I am thinking that this might be the problem why I can't do those..
Please help..

Got a replacement motherboard for my us996 received a v300l board tried to flash in LG Up and this happened........
I have tried cross flashing my lg g5 Verizon brand with sprint one and now it is hardbricked.
I hope if anyone has a firehose programer that works on bootloader's with antiroll back v1 and above.
There's one programer that is used FOR lg v20 and g6, but it only works for G5 devices with ARB 0.
