Hi guys i've downloaded the latest P7500XWLA1 ROM as am making a custom firmware for my own use.
I do this with all my phones but for some reason am unable to deodex /app and /framework in this firmware.
If any developer is willing to help properly deoxed ALL /apps and /framework i would be glad to share my work.Its just a custom LA1 Rom rooted deodexed so you guys can experience the newer available firmwares as most firmwares for the TAB are old...
We can all benefit from this :]
Hey I would like to Port a rom to the micromax funbook
it is a arm v7 cpu with 480x800 resolution with cortex A-8
Can someone please help me to chose a base rom and give me some suggestions on how to go about it.. i have tried to port varios roms but with no success..This device has very few developers and i would like to start developing or porting to this device any help will be greatly appreciated.

Copy modules and usr fron stock
Paste in in base rom
Take stock kernel
Add some features which the base rom had
Create a zip and flash...
Have u personally ported a rom if so can u suggest a rom that can be ported ..

I'm noob here,just learning.Installed android sdk on my pc.how unlock my bootloader or how to get su rights on my funbook. basically i'm trying too learn how to get/extract rom image,kernel image from the funbook. Please help, thanks in advance

I am completely new to the idea of creating a custom Android ROM. I have found a great tutorial on how to design your own Touchwiz ROM, however, I cannot find a Stock Rooted Deodexed ROM that I can use as a base for the LeTV X500/1S. If anyone has one or could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
