Here is PadFone 2 KitKat update. It contains ZenUI so you could extract apps from this.
Is you need a system dump just contact Lidenburg ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=2379763 ), he owns a PadFone 2 and I'm sure he could do a PF2 ZenUI dump for you.

I also like this idea very much, I've seem the new zen ui launcher and lock screen (attachment) and it is awesome. I searched but I don't think anyone took this project onward.

Did anyone ever manage to get this working?
After i've logged in, all I get is "Unfortunately, Hello has stopped working"

No GPS is a bummer for me anyway, but now I cant even take a look. OP care to tell us why the removed files? disintrest by us or yourself? or found a better "ROM" ?
