You need Odin to flash it. I have added Odin and all instructions in the installation guide linked above.

If you use CSC file, it will hard reset.
If you use HOME_CSC file, it will not.

The weird thing is when I type j530f in sammobile it appears that it is not a J5 pro( only J5 ), but in boot screen i get J5 Pro
Am worried if it's because my phone is middle east version? I have 2GB of ram while the normal Pro is 3gb
And with all of this can I flash the available firmware of 8.1 POLAND?

J5 pro is every j5 made in 2017. Its just the name given to 2017 models.

I still cant find a root for it, the Indian variant is a J710F while the Chinese variant is J7108 and has a 1080p screen and 3GB RAM. I am really struggling to find a file for this device and would appreciate it if anyone has a root file to send it over so I can get google services on the device!
China J7108 have lock the bootloader, inside the samsung market have app call 'CROM'. Install it. It can unlock the bootloader.

Currently I don't have this phone (G727T), but I plan to buy it in August
Stuck in Bootloader
Hi,
i tried flashing the recovery with Odin on my Galaxy J7 2017 (SM-J730F) but now it stucks in Booloader. Flashing with Odin was Sucessfull and the Phone bootet normaly. Odin Options "F.Reset Time" and "Auto Reboot" where checked.
After System boots up i tried rebooting to recovery via "adb reboot recovery" but then the phone stuck in bootloader.
Next I flashed stock firmware (J730FXXU1AQF4) and tried flashing TWRP again. This time i did not check "Auto Reboot" an after flashing TWRP i shut down the Phone and tried to boot to Recovery via button Power+Vol+Home but also the phone was stuck in bootloader.
Did anyone successfully flash TWRP on the J7 SM-J730F or has anybody an advice how to flash TWRP successfull?

Install g610f twrp and test if boots
I started by enabling usb-debugging and oem-unlock in the developer options. After that i rebooted my phone into the download mode (there it shows me FRP and OEM lock are "OFF"). In Odin (v. 3.10) I selected your twrp file as "AP" file and started the process (auto reboot and F. Reset Time where checked!).
After that the phone rebooted automatically, but got stuck in the Samsung bootscreen. Error warning in the top left corner : "RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING".
Its only for j730gm now
I would hate to lose all my modding, but I would love me some twrp. How similar is the j727p to the other that was tested?

After the recent news about One UI 2.1 on Galaxy 2019 series, a new S10 updates (which seems close to be officially released) has been reported under form of buildstrings:

SM-T500/T505 software, it worked for meAlso there is an unofficial TWRP for 10" SM-T500 here https://www.mediafire.com/file/khmq9jajz16gidq/SM-T500-TWRP_3.5.2.tar/file Perhaps this can be modified for the smaller 8.7" SM-T220 model ? I recommend using samfw.com or Frija to download firmware as you'll be getting fw directly from samsung servers.

I am downloading the update at this moment for the Tab S7 5G. I live in The Netherlands.
I live in Greece and I have downloaded the Android 12 update this morning.
So far so good, just only one annoying thing.
There is a green button that you can swipe it everywhere on the homescreen and it inverts the screen colours, but I can't find how to disable it.
If anyone updates his tablet and finds how to disable it, please share the solution with us.

I am in the US with a S7+ Wifi. I used Frija and downloaded the South Korean Android 12 update. I used Odin and installed it without issue.
I have the T970, WiFi only version. I flashed the AP file from the T976B Android 12 update. It works great, but TWRP doesn't work with this version yet.

Received it 2 days ago on my tab S7+ 5G...as I only have the tab since a couple of days I cannot really tell if its running better under Android 12. What I do know is that my file manager has limited access to some of the folders I get the message "to protect your privacy choose another folder". I keep an eye out as soon someone will have found a backdoor to bypass this annoying thing.

Nope, I had to re-root by modifying and reflashing the boot.img.lz4 from the Android 12 update's AP file.

Have installed the Android 12 update on my S7+ in Germany yesterday. Unfortunately widget fonts (calendar, weather) are unreadable small now.

I tried to flash the A12 AP on my US T970 and got a Hash error.
edit: I flashed AP and BL and it took.
Been skimming through messages but not finding a clear answer or haven't seen it asked... I have a SM-T878U (Tab S7 LTE/5G). Can I flash SM-T976B firmware on it? Normally I'd know not to however, they share the same chipset AFAIK but don't wanna factory reset my set up if it isn't going to even work.
Any ideas?

I got an error trying to extract boot.img from it. Might be a bad copy circulation out there. Where dod you DL yours from?
