Hi everyone. I'm from Turkey so ı'm mi user ( redmi note 5 ai dual camera). My device's rom is deleted. I attach to new rom(global) but ı locked bootloader lock and I can't attach the rom. Now ı'm waiting so ı can't do anything. Edl protocol isn't working. I can enter the fastboot mode and recovery mode but they're useless. I try all the versions mi flash. Mi pc suite vs.. Everything useless. What must I do ? There aren't official mi store in Turkey.

First of all, you should go to the whyred forum thread, not vince. You can always flash fastboot firmware which you can find at mi.com forums, use miflash tool for that, and everything should be just fine.

Try flashing stock rom
flash twrp and unlock bootloader (officially or unofficially)
then try rebooting or flash a custom rom

Okay guys , I'm new to this forum and I hope that there is someone who can help me , thanks .
I recently bought a Mi A1 and I would like to flash it into MiUi Rom ( I like MiUi so much but my country doesn't sell Mi 5X ) .
What had I done is :
1 ) I unlocked Mi A1's bootloader using fastboot command ( fastboot oem unlock ) .
2 ) I flash Mi 5X partition ( ONLY ONE Partitions ) , that I take it out from Mi 5X Fastboot China Stable Rom ( gpt_both0.bin ) and flash it into my Mi A1 using fastboot command .
3 ) Straight away , I flash the Mi 5X Rom into my Mi A1 using Mi Flash Tool ( I edited the flash-all.bat of Mi 5X Fastboot China Stable Rom so that it will recognize my phone as Mi 5X and enable me to flash it ) .
4 ) After that , my Mi A1 ( with Mi 5X Rom now ) was bootloop and stuck at Mi Logo ( usually we saw it when rebooting MiUi Rom ) .
What did I get after tidy up my mind :
1 ) After checking the log file of Mi Flash Tool , my Mi A1 is now recognize as Tiffany ( Mi 5X code name ) , not Tissot ( Mi A1 code name )
2 ) My bootloader now is locked .
3 ) I was unable to use ALL fastboot command since my bootloader is locked .
4 ) I tried to use Mi Unlock Tool to unlock my phone bootloader ( since my phone now is recognize as Tiffany ) , it stuck at 99% and stopped : Current account is not bound to this device .
5 ) Tried to flash the Rom through Recovery via Mi Suite PC Chinese Version , it didn't work for me .
6 ) Tried to flash Twrp into recovery mode , it didn't work for me .
7 ) Tried to get into EDL Mode via fastboot reboot-edl , it didn't work for me too .
What I haven't try yet :
1 ) DIY a Deep Flash Cable ( I can't do it since I did not have any knowledge on wiring and circuits )
2 ) Bought a Deep Flash Cable ( I asked someone and it seems like Deep Flash Cable doesn't work anymore for Mi Phones , Mi already block them )
3 ) Login somebody Mi Account which have bounded to Mi 5X and use his/her account to unlock my device ( I hope that there is someone who willing to borrow me his/her Mi Account to help me in unlock bootloader )
4 ) Send to Mi Service Center for repair ( I just bought my device few weeks ago , there is warranty on it . But I not sure that whether I can claim the warranty or not since I flash partition on the device )

Hi, today I successfully unlocked the bootloader of my Redmi 5 plus (global version 9.5.4 stable), then installed twrp and root - All was good and working. After this, I tried to install a program called "Mi A1 Gcam", through fastboot: TRAGEDY!!!! After reboot, the cell said "the system has been destroyed".
Tried to flash the latest global stable rom with XiaoMiFlash, but it doesnt see the cell, also in fastboot mode..
Could you help me please?? The redmi 5 plus has 3 days of life.. -(((

Hi, am I again Now XiaoMiFlash see the cell but when I click on Flash it says error - cannot find file flash_all.bat
Could you please tell me where to download a global 9.5.4 stable?

As not said, I resolved! The gcam program locked my bootloader. It was sufficient to unlock it again with xiaomi tool, and all worked again!!

the next time read instructions!. The program Mi A1 Gcam says that it gonna lock the bootloader after adding those 2 lines to enable camera 2 API!

hello the same thing happened to me on a note 5 I have the boot closed and it does not let me install with my flash as it managed to unlock again boot manager? thank you very much
Hello I need help with my Note 5. Downloaded latest global rom and mi flash tool.. entered edl mode with test point and i got a proplem saying "Only nop and sig tag can be recevied before authentication.".... now i assume i need authorized mi account to flash the rom but i dont have one and i see no way of getting one. I am currently on fake rom on a global version of the phone (the one with dual camera xiaomi note 5)
What i want right now is to flash any rom that can request for bootloader unlocking since in this fake rom that is disabled and my loader is locked..
any help?

Use EDL mode if your device bricked and it works only with designated rom, china to china and global to global because in this case your bootloader is locked. And before proceeding flashing thru EDL, you have to prepare eveything properly, such as disabling driver signature enforcement and installing correct driver (QD Loader 900D)
So, have you prepared and done all those things properly? 2 days ago I just flashed my device thru EDL due to failure flashing and now my baby is waking up

I have my mi 11 lite 5g in a boot loop (MI 11 LITE 5g M2101K9G). I have no access to the operating system which is corrupt.
I tried to unlock the bootloader using the official tool but it was not able to. The phone colapsed and lost the operating system.
I have not lost access to my xiaomi account though.
I can access in recovery mode but I haven got the indicated recovery ROM which is v13.0.2.0.skieuvf as indicated in the MI FLASH PRO SOFTWARE.
An agent told me this ROM belongs to Vodafone firmware developer but I have not succeded contacted them yet.
I need to know if I could flash a stable ROM via Recovery mode or fastboot mode
Please I need some help on how to solve this big problem
