What version did you just update to? I'm only seeing 1.1.15 also
Strange. Mine is also now 1.1.15. But it only appeared today. I wonder why it was so delayed on my phone.

Got the OTA a few days ago and done it, nothing significant I have noticed and the firmware is still 23.4.A.0.570. I did not lose root or anything else too.
I'm on AT&T in the US and just got the notification this morning for my Mate 10 Pro. Update from 8.0.0.112 to 8.0.0.119 (C567). First update since April. Has anyone installed it yet? Any issues?
I havent received it yet.
This is in the ROM's forum. Sounds like the update is creating camera issues.

Yes. This update breaks night shot and lights trail mode. Also, there is no face unlock. Is there a way to rollback the firmware?
Hope Huawei will release the patch to fix this.

In the us on ATT with the same model as well but have not received the update yet. Maybe a good thing
I'm going to hold off on updating then, until more people report in on it's effects .
I got the update this morning and it broke my camera. Night mode does not work at all and the screen is unresponsive. I tried to do a reboot and still night mode didn't work.

WOW so the screen in the Camera app is unresponsive, or the screen in general? I'm glad I didn't do this update yet!
So this means that Huawei IS supporting US phone with updates! A very good sign.

It is unresponsive in night mode. Whenever I try to take a photo it will simply not take one
At last , Huawei get us an update, and all is bad jajaja ???????
I am on the same model and AT&T haven't received any update yet. I think they might have stopped the updates after issues being reported.

I can still get it, even after a phone restart, but am going to wait it out.

I talked with customer care. They told me that they have pulled back the update after knowing the issues. They will be releasing another update to fix the issue in near future. Could be 1-2 weeks/months/years.

I can still see the update, but it's no longer notifying me and asking to implement it. I assume it will be replaced by the new one when they put it out.

This morning, Aug.1, I received a notification that 8.0.0.119 update is available for Mate 10 PRO (c567).
This means Huawei either didn't pull the faulty update, or they already fixed it. Unfortunately, the update notes say nothing about this.
Having huge doubts whether I should install it and messaged Huawei support to get more info.

That's the one I have and it will mess up night mode.
I heard a news that Emui 10 is rolling out in Europe, I live in Italy. Did any one got an update... I am still waiting, just a curious
I'm using mate 10 in US, just got the official emui 10 download through the software update, also saw update in hisuite when I went to backup phone too

on emui 10, glitter theme, I didn't like the new one due to color/icon choices but I turned on the dark mode setting now.
on emui 9, I used the pure google theme to make it a "dark mode"

I am from Croatia and a few days ago a guy postet he got his p20 update and i got official answer from huawei that p20/mate 10 will start recieving update in the middle of the month. For every device to get update it will take 2-3 weeks max. I hope that it helps.

I switched country to China in the Support app (HiCare) and got the update instantly.
BTW: the "swipe sideways to change app" gesture on the fingerprint reader is not working, anyone else has this issue?

So far, camera results are the same, I will check if GCam works with EMUI 10.
a few days after upgrading to emui 10, factory reset and all, battery life has dropped dramatically, from almost 2 days to barely 1. anyone else noticing this?

I upgraded it yesterday in Turkey Emui 10.0.0 i am still discovering the new things, Did anyone have a problem in WhatsApp voice note? , when i hear to notes, it continues mix with notifications sound

I recently contacted with the black shark team. They replied that we will get the Android 11 update in the 3rd quarter of 2021. Hope they release it soon.

We will get JoyUi 12.5 in december according to BS facebook page but do not expect that you will be able to root or modify this device because there is no kernel source out so modding and rooting is pretty close to impossible.

Well they were able to rooy in the last iteration am I correct in saying that
I got MQ4 today for my BlackShark2.
Phone became sluggish after receiving the mq4 update. Anyone having the same experience?

My blackshark is dead just after 2 years, first data transfers and quick charge stopped working then batery bulged up pushing display a bit out and now it is completely dead.

yes but don't know when officially they said they giving us JoyUI 12.5 this December.
The chinese version already has joyui 12.5 android 11 but I haven't installed it yet, I'm hoping to install global version when available
