Hard Bricked Lenovo Vibe K5....please help - Lenovo Vibe K5 Questions & Answers

Hi all,
Im new to this community. I had flashed a custom recovery (twrp) and gained root access using Magisk and flashed a custom ROM to my vibe k5 but during this process, the internal storage got corrupted and while following some instructions on how to recover that I hard bricked my phone.
I can see the led turn on when connecting it to charge and the USB recognition sound when I connect it to the computer (windows 10) but the screen remains blank and the device cannot be detected on the computer. Is there any way to recover the device. It remains unresponsive.
would software like QFIL or Odin or any other software help in recovering the phone? Could you please guide me as to how to recover a hard bricked vibe k5?
...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
I have tried downloading over 7 roms, 4 different version of qfil, tool studio, sp flashtool, Qcomm Flash tool to no progress. Qfil just gives me Sahara error. I tried copying the firmware folder to the Bin folder, tried removing and re-inserting battery, deleting all the unused drivers, tried using two other computer with two different OS's and even tried clicking download button as soon as it becomes available (laughs). Finally I downloaded the Lenovo Moto smart assistant and figured out that I only need to use the S102 Rom for indian Lenovo Vibe K5 a6020a40 but my phone still remains hard bricked. The red light comes on religiously when connecting to computers to give me some hope. Is there any other way I should try? could anybody tell me why SaharaProtocol error occurs? Thank you for reading through to the end and I hope you can help.

Alcatel Idol X+ 6043d- Will Not Boot After Trying To Flash TWRP With SP Flash Tools

[HELP] Device(Alcatel Idol X+ 6043d) doesn't turn on after using SP Flash tools
Hello,
First of all I'd like to say that i almost have no idea about androids,i started "playing" and acting with them some weeks ago.So, I own a Alcatel One Touch Idol X+(6043d,16GB,Octa-core,Dual-sim,MTK MT6592) rooted and yesterday i was trying to use a custom recovery(TWRP) I found in the internet after much searching.I opened Flash tools, loaded the scatter file i created by mtk droid tools, clicked on recovery and found the image and then i pressed Download (Download only). After that an error popped like PMT changed and you have to download or something like that, so for some reason being stupid i tried another option called Format All + Download.I turned off my phone, connected it to the computer again and the downloading started. After a while it stopped and popped errors ( Am not sure of what it was, after some more searching probably it was enable dram failed or something like that) and till then when i disconnected the phone, it doesn't turn on not even in recovery mode like it's dead, it only shows the led battery charging when it's connected to pc.
Also when i connect it to the computer at first it just shows a MTK USB Port but then it just disconnects and randomly reconnects and this goes on.
After trying to fix it, I tried to download a stock ROM although am not sure if I managed to download the right one from needroms, but being a newbie I had problems like I am not sure how to flash a ROM(using flash tools, picking up the right files, downloading etc.) plus when I tried to load the scatter file it always said that it's invalid(I use the latest version of Flash tools).I also tried to install some vcom preloader drivers found as a solution in the internet but that doesn't help it just shows that they're not installed correctly.
I really need some help here about what to do, hope you'll help me.
Thanks
porting of stockrom thru spft
same experienced the phone in bootloop and dead

Bricked Acer A3-A20. Please Help me!!

Hello everyone,
I really need help. A friend asked me to fix his tablet because it had malwares, so I rooted the device, and deleted the bad files, but then i got error messages, and at the end it went off. Now when i turn it on, it's stuck on the ACER logo, MT65xx goes on and off, I install all the drives but still goes on and off. I sent through adb sideload the stock firmware Acer_AV0K0_A3-A20_1.018.00_WW_GEN1_DCC thinking that i was going to unbrick the device but it didn't work. I tried smart phone flash with the 1.018.00 firmware but I keep getting BROM ERROR (2004). I checked the list of errors, and I changed the compatibility, and ran sp with administrator, but still error 2004. What can I do to unbrick it? By the way, I am following this xda thread to fix it, but I can't (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59693904&postcount=480) Thank you everyone!

this link download https://doc-0c-bc-docs.googleuserco...046/*/0B7XGoy6u4PgeX3ByYUNyWlpjZmc?e=download
go in sp flash tools then select scatter file where you download the rom on directory then check all, pres download ,now pres vol down and connect the usb to computer and tablet still press vol down, see the mtk usb on bar sp flash tools ,relese vol down and wait ,red bar, purple bar, yellow bar, ok circle , done ,now disconect the tablet and press power ,or check if have logo charger reput usb to computer.100 % tets by me work
I have a similar problem, but no error message...it just seems the computer can't see the tablet. I tried my Windows 10 machine and an old Windows XP machine I have lying around. I've installed several versions of drivers, and nothing. I'm so frustrated right now. @paulktm I tried your file, but there's nothing there. I don't get any kind of error message, the Win10 machine just acts like it sees the tablet for a second, then doesn't anymore. The XP machine sees it, but fails to install any drivers for it...even when I manually install them, they don't seem to do any good.
I'm so frustrated right now!!!
This is an old thread but maybe some poor soul finds it like I did and manages to get his device back as well.
I've had a lot of trouble with an Acer Iconia A3 A20 FHD that was stuck at the first logo screen. Powered off and connected to the charger it only showed the battery logo with the flash but no animation any more. Booting into recovery (Pwr+VolDn) worked but mounting the system partition didn't work.
SP Flash always aborted with the dreaded "BROM ERROR: S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (0x7D4)" / "BROM ERROR: S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004)" although cabling and drivers were perfectly all right. Obviously Acer patched the preloader in order to lock out SP Flash's download agent - that's customer support - thank you [email protected]#%&!!!
Solution: Power off, start SP Flash download/readback/whatever, press VolUp *and* VolDn simultaneously and plug in the usb cable. This way the download agent should be able to do it's job. I also plugged out the battery all the time and this seems to be necessary.
Flashing worked as it should and the tablet booted nicely and I didn't even loose my apps and data since I excluded the USRDATA partition from flashing.
Good luck!
Hi
same problem, tablet bricked after installing custom recovery and on boot loop

help on lenovo a7000 hard brick

my lenovo a7000 doesn't turn on, can't go to recovery mode. also my first hardbrick experience. desperate for help.
whenever i use spflashtools to download a fresh stock rom to my phone, it always shows this problem
"BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032)"
I've also tried to format it, but the same problem comes up.
Then I saw this vid. It's about fixing any bricked china phone.
"How to Unbrick every MTK China Phone ! Preloader / SP Flashtool Fix [HD]"
(pls search it on youtube if you like. somehow i couldn't post links.)
I don't know, but I think this vid is trying to fix those phones that aren't recognized by the PC. But mine is recognized. It comes up on the Device Manager as a MTK USB Port (COM10) with the battery on. But it keeps on getting disconnected and reconnected again. But this stops when I remove the battery, put the battery back on, click on download on the spflashtools, then connect the USB. The error will appear, but somehow the connection becomes stable.
Also this video talks about META mode. With the battery out, I tried all of the key combinations to enter this mode, without success whatsoever. If you know something, pls. share.

Lenovo A328 Not Charging Not Booting Bricked

I have this Lenovo A328 which suddenly had multiple and continuous gallery crashes. I tried to do a factory reset but get bootloop.
I decided to flash the stock rom using SP Flash Tool. The battery was charged ~ 50% Flashing the stock rom i always get s_da_mt_dedicated_pattern_error (3094) After 2-3 attempts nothing changed, still bootloop. After the next 2-3 attempts the phone stopped turning on and charging. I assumed that the case is in a discharged battery. It was really in her. The battery discharged to 3 volts so i asked my friends to charge it.
After the battery has been charged nothing has changed, the phone still does not turn on or vibrate.
Using SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1352.01, I formatted the flash. I downloaded the Lenovo A328 ROW_S322_140822 and flashed it. The result is OK, but the phone still does not turn on or charge. I tried every possible combination: format all+download, download only, auto format flash, manual format flash.
Any idea on this one?

Hello everyone!
I am facing the same problem!!! After apps crashing, no start, no charge.... PC can see the phone in device manager under Win 10/ Win 7... (MTK usb port and MTK vcom preloader port)
Tried almost all the solutions suggested on different sites or forums, nothing works, still no charge and no start...
Change the PC, the USB cables, drivers, ROM's, you name it... Someone said this MTK devices are hard to brick but still, why we cannot revive our devices??? Hardware failure? Not really according to some technicians as long your phone is detected by the pc in device manager, the phone CAN be "unbricked".
SO, we are missing something, we doing something wrong???
We need help.... SOMEONE???
