Install
+ This is Zip Rom, so you must install TWRP first (3.0+ version is require).
+ Your phone must at MM bootloader
+ You need download Rom and Gapps, put it at storage or sdcard
+ 4 wipe (System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache)
+ Flash Rom.
+ Flash Gapps.
+ Reboot and enjoy.

Ok, i tried to port some kernels like Ramkernel or Zerolemon for note edge JP but my laptop was broken, so i can't cont to build (, waiting other dev, maybe they can!!!

Yep, it's support, but in the first setting maybe not, but after setting done, you can choose your language in "morelocal" app, this rom support for all language.
And the sim lock, you can go to "factory ime" app and type *#7465625# ok, now network is unlocked.

Yep, just download rom and gapps, after flash it with 4 wipe in twrp before, done!

i checked, not reboot, all is normal, no game diss, play normal !!! you need check your devices again !!!

and i think the default kernel in the rom is best, but you can use Ramkernel, but it have bug and error like 3-4G (network) and reboot bug!!!
