I have ASUS Laser 3 with the ROM of JP_31.40.13.84_20171018, which is the latest version for "JP".
I tried to install SKU WW verion on it by adb sideload, however it did not work.
The reason I want is that WW version is getting updated continuously, but JP is not.
Is there any way to install SKU WW to SKU JP?

Hello everyone,
I go to the US next trip and I'll get my prime from there. It is already there and purchased for me by a friend.
My question is the following :
most probably, it will be loaded with the Android 3 US version. Will it work when I 'll do upgrades from France (after I am back here)?
Actually, I'd rather set everything in it for France, so is it possible to upgrade to WW_ICS (for Europe I presume) on the Prime bought in the US?
Basiccaly, I assume it will come with a US SKU... So is it possible to update to the WW SKU instead of the US ones?
Also, what are the actual defferences between the US and WW sku? (beside keyboard layout...) ?

2. Download Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201 Firmware: V9.4.2.17 Only for JP SKU and Update version of SOP (From “Manual” Item)
※Firmware update cannot do *SKU conversion* and downgrade version.
Wrong SKU may cause update failure, You can only update your SW version on the Same SKU
*How to check SW version of your Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201?
Path: [Settings]-->[About tablet]-->Build number
Example: You should be able to see the build number WW_epad-9.X.X.X_2012xxxx, where “WW” means SKU.

Pulled the zip just to see if it had a changelog or something since site said nothing, and I couldn't find one. Just the update blob and other files... so not sure what it will do

tbh, i was just looking for new stuff.... found this, wasnt bothered by looking into it.. but im sure some japanese people would be happy with it >.<
i had problems with OTA...i updated using another member's method.
posted at the asus site:
the US firmware is V10.1.2.15
WW(or is it TW?) is V10.4.2.15
the other WW file is V10.1.2.15
after the JB update... my build number is US_epad-10.4.2.15....which is the number for the WW firmware at asus site.
does this mean i have the WW firmware loaded? am i reading the right number....the build number?
before the JB update the build number was US_epad-9.4.2.28 so had i updated via the asus website i would have used the US_epad-10.1.2.15 file....yet my current build number is US_epad-10.4.2.15.
i'm just confused with the numbers thing....if i were to decide/need to reload the firmware i'm not sure which file to choose.
of course...i'd appreciate any help.

finaly updated OTA but now its bricked... stuck at ASUS logo, as a lot of people...
no root, never changed anything, no unlocked bootloader -.-
RMA'd it and got a new mainboard for free.
Asus create new update for this phone but as I see there is only security updates.....
