Can't flash with mi flash

When I try to flash the stock global image of miui, mi flash stops after about 30 sec and it says me not enough memory! How can I solve this?
Just curious is the flash all button checked or flash all except storage?
When your phone is in fastboot mode run a adb command "fastboot devices" to make sure it is being recognized properly.
Use chinese MI Pc suite
1. Use Chinese MiSuite
2. I think your device must have stock MIUI recovery now (Phone symbol)
3. Use vol+ and power to boot into stock recovery
4. Connect phone and start MI Chinese suite
5. Download the latest global stable for our device e.g. 7.3.7.0 zip from miui forums
6. In Mi Suite, select the lower icon (like a circle), select the zip file from your system go ahead. It will flash the full stable ROM

Use latest MiFlashTool. It works only on 64 bit Windows. So you need to install Windows 7/10 64 bit on your PC first. I was getting such issue with old MiFlashTool.

Phone Stuck in Bootloader

Hello, I updated my redmi note 3 to The 6.9.9 stable version:fingers-crossed:. But as there as many bugs, I tried to rollback to the previous version:silly:. But I'm now stuck on Bootloop:crying::crying:. Help me plz. ADB is not enabled, bootloader is locked & the phone is not rooted.
Use EDL mode. Search it in Google (MIUI Forum).
is EDL also used to get completly stock? i might sell my kenzo to buy a kate ... and i would like to sell with official global stable
EDL is used if your device bootloader is not unlocked.. The fastboot method is for unlocked bootloader only.. Yes, completely stock
Sorry, i should have posted whats my device status:
1. flashed global dev rom via EDL mode
2. updated to MIUI 6.9.9 6.0.1 MM
3. unlocked bootloader officialy with xiaomi tool
4. flashed ALKA TWRP
5. Did a wipe because phone encryption was on, after wipe i was able to backup all partitions
6. flashed Supersu
Now if i want to go completly stock, do i have to flash latest MIUI rom via fastboot instead of EDL?
Then everything is back to stock, even the Bootloader is locked?
It's up to you, it's same.. EDL should be fine

Your Windows is 32Bits? If yes, use latest MiFlash tool. And check if file folder has no spaces like this C:\Users\Name\Desktop\Redmi Note\
If has space, remove all spaces. Put ROM in C:\ROM folder for example...

I currently have flashed CM 14.1 Rom but this rom have some bugs like casting doesn't work on this.
I want to get back to MIUI. Tried RR and Lineage rom but it gives error 7 on flashing.
Will try the method you have suggested.Anything else do u suggest if the format data doesn't work
Do u think my boot loader is unlocked since I could install TWRp and custom Rom although I never opted for official boot loader unlock since it always gives error ''couldn't unlock'.
will wait for your reply before formatting data.

Your bootloader is locked .Unlock the bootloader first and than flash the Rom again. Previously I had same problem, my problem was solved by unlocking the bootloader and clean flashing xiaomi.eu ROM through TWRP. If you have twrp installed than go for xiaomi.eu ROM. It is the best MIUI ROM. Hope this will help you.

Are u flashing zip or tgz file. ?
Flash fastboot tgz rom with clean all option.
If rom is shown succesfully flashed on computer without any error showing. Then ok. no issues.
Firsboot takes time 10 to 15 min With milogo and Android.

Lol. After flash.when u restart phone the phone will start at android logo.
What u expect? haloween logo?
Then keep it on android logo for 15min. It will boot into miui. Leave it for 15 min.
Why did u flash twrp before? after flashing fastboot rom phone should boot into miui . just leave on android logo for 15 min . It will boot into miui.

Download the latest version of Global Stable - Fastboot images. Flash them in fastboot mode using the 'flash_all_...' script file that is included in the downloaded files. Be sure not to lock the bootloader. After it flashes successfully, flash the latest TWRP recovery. Boot to recovery and FORMAT data, then reboot and let the system setup. This should take care of any missing files/structure issues.

MIUI 12 Beta Stable

Seems like Xiaomi has started rolling out Stable beta for K20 Pro.
Recovery ROM - http://bigota.d.miui.com/V12.0.0.8.QFKMIXM/miui_RAPHAELGlobal_V12.0.0.8.QFKMIXM_7b969a8eda_10.0.zip
oof
They rolled it out like more than a week ago, but only for testers. If you flashed that and you aren't in the program you won't be getting updates (it's not like they released any anyways). Also, it's pretty much a bugfest, China closed beta is much more stable.
Beta and stable are contradictory don't you think?
It's either one or the other.
so, is it beta or stable?

Actually I figured it out later but was curious to know why XDA and GSMARENA featured these builds in their articles on 3rd June when the same were already available on 25th May.,

They(XDA, GSMARENA) are calling it Stable Beta...Ironed out the bugs from early Beta releases it seems.
This is not stable. It's full of issues. Even YouTube's picture in picture feature is broken.
I am now on MIUI 10 version, can I switch directly to MIUI12?
Help!
I have a European Mi 9t Pro and have just flashed the Global (stable ) MIUI12 rom.
So far so good, it works... but I am now unable to access extended power menu options (aka Recovery Reboot).
The option has also disappeared from the MIUI update settings.
And performing the VolumeDown+Power boot only gets me to a minimal menu with 3 options: reboot to system / wipe / connect with MIAssistant.
I tried using ADB tools to re-flash TWRP to no avail.
The fastboot flash recovery twrp.img command works fine, I get the expected successful output.
But then the fastboot boot twrp.img command returns a "no such file or directory" error.
What can I do? T_T
Issues with 12
The floating windows work only when they pop up. There's no button (there's only one for split screen) or mini list in task list. Pick up to activate front camera unlock doesn't work.
Is there a known issues list so i can check if it's specific to my device or just a known bug?

Those 3 options mean that you are in MIUI Recovery. When flashing official Xiaomi ROMs your custom recovery will always be replaced with the stock one. As for the error, try placing twrp.img into the adb folder and specify the location as in fastboot boot C:\adb\twrp.img.
Also, if you already managed to flash TWRP why don't you just boot into it with Vol+ and power button?
