What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publishes, without other modifications & bloat. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices' stock ROM, without gapps, so that you can enjoy unpolluted, divine Android on your device!
We have added very few non-AOSP features & tweaks for a better user experience and we are NOT going to add any other fancy features. Such feature requests will not be entertained, you'll simply be wasting your time & energy.

A: No rocket science Just wipe /system /cache /dalvik's cache & internal storage from twrp, Then simply flash the rom package and reboot. If you require root then simply flash the latest beta magisk after first boot
Q : Where do i get compatible gapps/ I can't signIn into google play?
A : Get your Gapps from OpenGapps.org, only use Pico only! If you want my support.
Q : Is root access included in this Rom?
A : No it is not. It is however available via adb. Some testers have had success with Magisk though.
Can I flash ABC mod? Does the ROM support it?
A : Yeah sure, but I will not support you. And no, the ROM probably does not support it.
Q : Is the ROM suited for daily usage ?
A : Yes, Looks like all basic daily usage stuff is functional

Also got an error 70 with Pico Gapps, Screen brightness is broken can't be set whether using auto brightness or manual brightness. Lastly in display settings, dark mode is not working. But either than that the ROM is very responsive, in some sense I can say more responsive than Oreo and super grateful to see new life breathed into this grandpa(Redmi 2)

Did u flash it in the order I mentioned?
The rom boots up fine with gapps as well as magisk installed but after 3-4 mins it automatically boots into recovery.

Go to your recovery
Wipe Data, cache and dalvik cache
Install ROM and Gapps zip
(DO NOT FLASH SUPERSU, SuperUser is included in ROM. If you need to flash it, download SuperUser from here and flash it)
Reboot - 1st boot takes around 3-4 minutes.

Flashing process to replace SuperUser with SuperSU: Flash ROM, gapps, unsu zip, SuperSu and reboot
Points to note:
1. You'll get SuperSu in app drawer and it'll work without any problems
2. If you reboot your phone, the app icon will disappear from app drawer but SuperSU will still work. This issue is fixed now :good:

Excellent rom, you can feel the smoothness from the very first steps of setting up the device..
Many customisation options without exaggerating plys great launcher and gallery app.
I didn't encounter any bugs and about battery it's early to tell, but with Arsenic Kernel built in I think it's gonna be great..!
only thing, double tap 2 wake doesn't seem to work.. got it working through Kernel adiutor.
First off thank you for a great great rom, I just installed it and had a look under the hood wow!! Love those options in settings, just a quick question about data, I had enabled 2g network while screen off and I did not receive MMS, it says downloading but doesn't come in, I turned off the 2g option but still can't send or receive MMS. I rebooted device ... Anything else I can try?
Edit: I can try setting the APN settings, sheesh. Sorry folks all good

Yes, the Official build will be uploaded by tomorrow evening.. there's a few stuff i need to fix!
Review after using it for sometime ~
ROM is very much smooth, as it's based on Lineage, so smoothness was expected.
Coming to it's battery part, I think it's not much battery friendly. As it's kernel is of Lineage OS, and Lineage OS doesn't have good battery life.
Although, I've not tested the battery much. As I used this ROM very less because of sim card issue (Which I'll be discussing below)
Heating is very much, just like lineage, it heats a lot.
Just after flashing it, the device temperature went very high.
I got a sim card issue, in which, when I flashed the ROM, I got both sims signals, but after setting up Setup wizard. Jio sim (1st sim slot) went to emergency only.
I rebooted many times (as this issue is in some others ROM too, but in those ROMs we can easily take the network signals back by going to airplane mode or by rebooting the device).
Because of this sim card issue, I was not able to connect to internet. So I restored my old ROM back.
Other than that, I liked the XenonHD updater app, customization menu, also it's prerooted, Omni clock is there instead of Google clock and many more things, which makes this ROM exciting.
The thing which I didn't liked in this ROM is that, there's no dt2w.
Anyways, hoping that in future, it gonna add dt2w in it.
Also, the issues I told above may get solved after getting official.

I couldn't make past the setup wizard. While choosing sim for calls and data. It kept on repeating the process. Couldn't make it to the screen where i have to input my email address and so on.
is this a bug? why i cant use titanium backup in this rom?

This is the most amazing ROM for oneplus2 ever, even surpassing Cyanogenmod 13. I've hopped around a bit from Lineage to Cosmic, but those two were missing a few settings that would have been nice to have. crDroid has so many customization options and optional settings that I didn't even know I needed. The "suspend actions" are genius, being able to turn off CPS and switch to 2G is great. On top of all of that, the settings app itself... the menu actually makes sense.

For the suspend actions, let's say if the mobile data is originally off, do they switch to 2G after screen off?

ok excellent ROM, very smooth and fluid and up to now it is the OREO ROM for the OnePlus2 with the functional configurations in my opinion, the only error that I found is the SIM card configuration which does not allow changing between the SIM the selection of navigation data, I am very grateful with your work I congratulate you and I will be waiting for an update with the corresponding corrections .. thanks for your time ? ?

my google service framework is crashing on first boot. It's prohibiting me to even set up the phone

Yes you can but if you get FC's on setup, you'll have to format Device Storage and the rom would again enable encryption.

Navigation Bar is fixed, you have four different modes, normal, compact, left hand, right hand.

The last open beta firmware is giving headset issues for some users, I will wait someone to confirm this.

GAPPS: DOWNLOAD GAPPS
First time installing crDroid to your Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
KNOWN ISSUES
Signal bar is empty, although RIL (which includes calls, sms and mobile data) are still working
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running the included kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

Volte or WiFi calling on anything other than stock just will not happen on Exynos devices.

I think that's the Snapdragon model right? that's a Big no go then, this is only for the exynos model (950f/fd 955f/fd)
Also camera crashes once pic is taken. Ill put screenshot on telegram

The best custom to use so far. All working very well! But there seems to be an unusual drainage of the battery, other than that and the signal bar, but chip working perfectly. I used GCam instead of the default Camera app. Great job!!!! Good Devs sign of many roms and news going forward.
