That's a live wallpaper....you can find it in market ( I think I saw it while searching for nexus wallpapers live a long time ago ) OR download mik's CM7 port and extract it from there.
it is Samsung Hexus S live wallpaper & it is avaiable on market

well it might shock you but that wallpaper is not available for our device
you could go get that wallpaper apk from a nexus s or a galaxy nexus rom but it is not compatable with out device(I tried)
This is the apk i found on Apkmirror working on all marshmallow and above roms...do check if you want OnePlus weather with mood booster animations..
PS. This version currently does not support widgets..

Thank you for your efforts and I know people will use/love it. Personally, I can't stand those "wing wallpapers" and they will be one of the first things I change when I get my phone.
