Hi ! what is the native tizen's language ? All samples are in C but if I select from the Tizen Studio's menu "New -> Class" I can only to create an C++ class file.....why ?

I am translating a ROM and so I translated the Settings.apk & framework-res.apk & twframework-res.apk, added the values-xx into each one, but the problem now is that the device doesn't show the language which I added. I wanted Albanian language and its code in ISO 639-2 is "sq" so I created values-sq, but nothing appears in "Locale and text" menu...

Open Android's Settings
Scroll down and look for the Language / Region icon ( it's either a A or a globe ) and tap on it
Here tap on + icon to add a new language
Now choose the language you want to add and tap done

Thank you for you reply but unfortunately it doesn't work. My phone is in japanese without icon language/region like you said.
