MoKee Open Source is the biggest non-profit Android Open Source development team in China, with members from all parts of the world. We follow the latest development from Google closely and improve various parts of Android according to the user habits. Being a non-profit organisation, we utilise our spare time and own funds to keep this passion alive. Therefore, the costs for the forum and servers are solely beared by us. In order to provide a good user experience, we only included a few preinstalls in the ROM. Along with the advertisements in the forum; we hardly get enough to pay for the bandwidth. The point is, those are our only source of income, however many developers choose to exclude them when releasing unofficial builds. Unlike CyanogenMod, we did not accept monetary help at the early stages, as in China, most people do not understand the meaning of “making a donation”. They would think of it as buying a service, which is conflicting with our objectives. Anyways, we still made it until today, and even started to provide third party developers a chance to utilise our OTA system. All of these are the fruit of our hard work and passion. We are proud of the happy users, and we are also proud of the support given to MoKee Open Source. Most importantly, we are proud of the improvements we have achieved all these while, and the advancements never stop.

Hey, I managed to get my SIM card detected doing this :
1- Install TWRP with Odin
2- Boot in Recovery and connect USB
3- Upload with PC : Mokee Nightly, OpenGapps, AddonSU, Magisk, magisk apk
4- Install in this order : Mokee Nightly, OpenGapps, AddonSU, Magisk
5- Problem : Sim Card not detected
6- Reboot in Download
7- Flash latest Baseband (CP) : CP_N9005XXUGPQB1.tar (2017-02-v1)
8- Reboot in Recovery
9- Wipe (advanced wipe) : Dalvik / ART Cache + Data + cache
10- Reboot
I don't know if it'll last... But at least I got it detected now.
I hope it'll help you fix it so that rom flash works out of the box.
Bootloaders and basebands :
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3/general/bootloader-baseband-bl-cp-samsung-t3582504
The latest baseband as of now :
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1TPzaNpmHN8MlptMjZMZFNDY2c/view?usp=sharing
If SIM disappears... This makes it appear again (but you lose all your phone config!!!) :
- Wipe (advanced wipe) : Data
Note: Wipe (advanced wipe) : Dalvik / ART Cache + cache doesn't make the SIM appear again.
EDIT : As soon as my phone reboots… The SIM Card disappears… And a data wipe + full manual reconfig is required to make it back on!

... Can't get it to work. So frustrating.

good evening
super work I just installed, it looks very fluent like rom, the only concern know that to go even update, one and infect plubiciter who and very disturbing because it comes every 2 seconds.
sorry for my english my i'm using a translator

Thank you! (Although I didn't actually do the porting) .. The main dev requires around $200 to buy the phone. So far we haven't raised anything, but I'm hoping we will soon so we can get it bug-free.

Okay, best of luck!
I believe it may be possible to purchase an unlocked GT-I9195I for a little less than that (e.g. Amazon: $180 new, ~$100 used), but I'm not sure where the main developer is based.
Cheers!
Ok, awesome, I'll check. He's based in Russia. Thanks

There was an update yesterday that was tested, and also didn't work. A new update will come soon
We are able to do a language change.
If you "Pull down" the screen at the top, you can see "residuals" from the Dual Sim version still there, on the bottom of the screen.
Indications are that nothing is recognised yet. neither Sim or Internet.
System "Setup Wizard" stops before anything has happened.
Pressing OK leaves the screen blank except for the notification bar with the numbers 1 2 and circular battery indicator at top right go screen.
Be aware that, this issue appears to be caused by the GApps package suggested being installed with the CM11 Zipfile which appears to halt the startup process after the Welcome Screen.
Installing CM11 without GApps is better and CM11 opens well.
What Works, and, what does NOT work yet.
What Works ( as far as I can tell ).
1 Setup to main screen.
2 Bluetooth Scanning for Devices
Pairing with Devices
Sending files to a Paired Device
3 Terminal app
4 Gallery - Photo View and Video playback.
5 Browser app
6 Phone app
7 Message app
8 Apollo app
9 Sound Recorder app
What does NOT work yet :-
1 SIM card recognition and AutoSetup
2 Telephony
3 Camera - cannot connect to camera.
4 Torch
Residuals to remove
Any references to a second SIM Card from :-
Pull down menu
Settings - SIM cards
These are the few bits and pieces I have checked. there may well be other issues but,
once Sim card recognition issue has been sorted out and the Dual Sim references are removed, at least then it will look like our very own CM11.

About
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application: http://www.mfunz.com/en/developer-application, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!

Installation mode :
To install the clean rom:
Download the rom
enters recovery
make all wipes (all)
choose zip from rom and install
you can use a gapps any of its taste since it is for android 7.1
or you can go MokeeCenter after starting rom, there you can download the small gapps integrated into the system and have a lighter and clean rom.
To install upgrade:
Method 1:
just download the complete package via OTA
enter the recovery
only to wipe cache and dalvik (optional, I do not)
install the complete package downloaded via OTA
Method 2:
Download the complete package over the air and go on to install update
let install automatically for you
Method 3:
Download only incremental updates
for that you need to donate 30 CNY for the team to release the feature on the device directly
But you can do this update without donation
just go on the site and click below build itself where it is written (upgrade: OTA to MK ...)
there will be the incremental free for you, this will save on your data package or in your spare time.

I just said that the bugs that this rom contains are the same as cyanogenmod, since it is based on CM.
If your cm14.1 does not have any bug, consider this bug free rom too.
Hi i updated from the Mokee center and the phone wouldn't boot since installing. So I reflashed in twrp 3.0.2 and still wouldn't boot up to the rom. So i wiped, still no bootup. I see what your saying yes I did the same. After many flash attempts I believe my source is the culprit behind the misflashes
Do you know where the flash stock for 6.1.xx is? I am using the Android 7.0 NBD90Z (the bad source) and the only 7.0 or above rom I could flash is Nitrogen. Took me two damn days to figure this out. After all the reinstalling nbd90z rooting and trying different roms.
Be aware to whoever is reading this. Even after backing up I could not reflash the backup without being rejected back into twrp. This was a major headache to figure out
I need a clean source for Nougat as well..... if anyone could help me out. Greatly appreciated

1.) What to do if My Phone got bootloop or not booting ??
You have changed vendor, or modified vendor(not stock), OpenKirin vendor will never ever work,, so get Pure stock vendor of your device... it will work for sure... if still not, change you data filesystem...
2.) What to do if my SIMs are not working ??
Go to Extras, disable dual sim, reboot phone,, now read carefully,,
1. Install hex editor app from playstore
2. Make sure you have file explorer with root privileges
3. Open hex editor and find modem,id file on this location root/sys/firmware/devicetree/base/hisi,modem_id and open it.
4. Write down all numbers in first row
5. Then go to root/system/vendor and find phone.prop and open it with text editor.
6. Find your modem id by using search and type 0x3xxxxxx where X is your number from hex reader
7. Then make it look like this:
3.) What to do if my SafetyNet is not passed ??
Update Magisk to latest beta version, tick Magisk Hide and enable usb debugging...

Just please fix the USSD codes on Nougat ROMs (LOS, Carbon...) and move on making Oreo roms better. I'm on L21 in Europe and codes don't work at all

I AM NOT THE DEVELOPER OF THIS ROM AND I ONLY MAKE THIS THREAD FOR XDA COMMUNITY. IN ANY CASE, MOKEE AND GuaiYiHu HAS ALL THE RIGHTS OVER THIS ROM.

This is nice, but I think the flashing method is "copy pasted" from original site, and therefore will not work on this device. But i am not sure.
what i meant that wont work is that this device's normal flashing method requires a lot of reboot to recovery, while the OP's instructions is for A devices only.

Actually 7A is A-only device, working as system-as-root.
The OP's instructions are right, cuz I installed it this way and everything works fine.
Thank you this is a good step forward. I'm going to try this rom later this evening.
Wipe data of format data?
Coming from stock MIUI 11 Android 9 do I have to format the data partition or to wipe it? Usually MIUI to AOSP needs a format.

Alright my bad, but flashing a gsi rom, we need to restart a lot(wipe, reboot to recovery, flash gsi, reboot to recovery, flash zips, reboot to system)
While this rom is installed in a traditional way (wipe and flash just like the old days) if someone can explain why itll be really appreciated.
I am really new to GSI and this phone but i am willing to help testing stuffs for development for this device! only if TWRP restore function works

I used twrp LR team from gsi post and worked with this recovery.if you need root download su add .magisk don't work...
Newest Magisk seems to be working through recovery at least work for me for installing NanoDroid.
There seems to be problem with setting up mobile hotspot. Mobile hotspot cant be seen or accessed with SSID either.
ROM also lacks possibility to have navigation bar binded.
Is it possible to use the SD Card as internal storage with this rom? It's more or less the single reason I'd flash a different rom for.
the batery life it is much smaller than miui's
I flash the rom following the instructions, but my cel doesn't boot, only reboot and boot to twrp, i'm only flashing the system without su, magisk or gapps, but it's the same, what can be wrong?

The same, doesn't boot, it's curious because the GSI roms doesn't work for me too, i don't know why. I'm coming from MIUI 11, but i rollback to 10.2.5 so shouldn't have problem with this, but i have.
I rollback with MiFlash Tool with fastboot rom global
EDIT: I get the GSI Rom working, just format DATA and type YES on TWRP
EDIT2: After make the DATA reset with TWRP i was able to boot with the MoKee Rom :3

Quoting the LineageOS description:
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Well don't be surprised that people aren't downloading the rom to much, I stopped checking xda for this phone after having it a couple of months because there was 0 development going on. The only reason I found it is because one ui 4.0 is out for the s10 lite and I'm looking for anyone who has flashed it the PHE firmware to see how it works and if twrp and root were still the same.
amazing!!!, I am very happy for the initiative of developing this rom, I thank all the developers and I hope that this project continues and that this rom can have several updates and not be abandoned
Thanks for the work done
I released a new build, January update, but I asked some people to test it and no one tested or reported anything to me
To be clear, i don't have the device so i can't test it myself
The download link remains the same, it's in the same folder as the first beta, but with the date of January
If you can test and report I would appreciate it https://osdn.net/projects/s10-lite-play4noobwin/releases/76471
Hi, I would like to help you, but it is not possible for me at the moment. As soon as possible, I will not fail to notify me of any problems.

Hi, lead developer of Kasumi here.
First of all, I'm really sorry for no replies and secondly, I need to do a pre-notification that there has been quite a lot of updates done on ROM ever since it was built for this device.
Now to answer your question, it actually depends on the device maintainer's code and/or some other factors - For example the kernel, IMS registry status, or even your carrier and SIM card. So what I would suggest you to try is using a VoLTE fix if there's one done specifically for your device. If not, then wait for a fix from your device maintainers along with update.
Thanks for your interest in Kasumi!
Hi. Anyone who have installed it, can you do a comparison with original rom, battery etc. If possible a video of the rom. Thanks,
