Wifi is constantly changing Networks, when you have 3 networks stored and in your vicintity. Managing the network order doesn't give the required stability.
In your case cover you have to maintain a certain position to obtain weak signals; whether up, down, portrait or landscape. Needs a better antenna mod internally.
Why isn't Google connecting, when it says that the wyfy is on?

Not good stability with average signal strength
It's ok but wish it had better in phone router settings
