And also, I can't seem to find Youtube Vanced app after the installation in Magisk. Does it mean that it is not supported yet?

The magisk module "turbo boost" is bull****.
No difference in performance and a reduction in display quality
I got Vanced YouTube and installed it via twrp, try that

Need to uninstall YouTube before Vanced?
vanced is in magisk downloads. you need to uninstall youtube updates before installing vanced. also disable auto update of yt from the playstore.

just recently got my oneplus6 and just wanted to share that "app settings 1.16" module works great on youtube. the one on xposed repository (v1.10) has not been updated and will not work on Oreo.
*for peeps that like certain apps to rotate. dont know about other settings since im only interested in app orientation. sorry if this has already been discussed.
Does this rotate all apps or just YouTube? Also is this a standalone app or does this need to be flashed via TWRP or Magisk?

I think in the title he mentioned "XPOSED" It appears to be an APK file.

It's a Xposed module that you can install like a regular apk and activate in Xposed. It has settings for all apps. I can confirm it works on YouTube and chrome.
I know there is a thread with matters very similar but did not help me. I'm on android nougat 7.1 using the moto E 4. I had youtube vanced working fine, then it stopped working once I updated my phone. I have deleted it and reinstalled, also I have installed micro g. I don't know what to do, so if anyone can help with suggestions and /or screen shots that would be great. I've restarted my device, tried deleting anything that might be affiliated and I have also removed official YouTube updates. Thank you in advance.

Install Google Chrome beta
Hi, I have a noon rooted device (leeco x522) with Android 9, I could log in by uninstalling Chrome and installing the beta version of Google Chrome. Apparently the new Google Chrome API is blocking access to vanced because microG is not updated I hope it's useful

-Vanced version which is compatible with your device
-microG
now before adding google account to your vanced youtube app
first Disable Google chrome and try to add your google account on vanced youtube.:good:
(if disable option not showing up uninstall the updates and clear data of google chrome and try it )

I got Samsung s5 and flashed custom Rom " android 9 "
Although I installed microg, I can't sign in to YouTube vanced and I disabled Google chrome
and tried to sign in but it doesn't work ..if anyone has a solution, put it in a replay

I use magisk module YouTube vanced,but i used old YouTube system version,after update youtube in playstore,yt vanced is gone after uninstall update work YouTube vanced,how to update vanced YouTube, sorry for my poor english

You cannot update it via PlayStore. Just disable auto update and use the version you have

The one provided in the vanced manager app should do the trick, did you installed YT Vanced from there or from standalone apk?

Oh I see, that's why.
Download and install YT Vanced Manager, and vanced manager will suggest you the right microG, YT Vance and Music vanced version
Same issue here but easy to solve....delete the app transferred from backup, install the one here: https://vancedapp.com/ and then install all the apps from the Manager. You're up an running afterwards!
