Keep Screen On - Quick Setting Tile - Addon App - Xiaomi Poco F1 Questions & Answers

Ever since coming from previous custom ROMs I have missed the option/quick setting tile that enabled you to keep the screen on indefinitely.
MIUI 10 still doesn't offer this feature/function, but i was able to find an app that works well on the MIUI OS.
There's an app called Wakey on google play store that adds a quick setting tile to MIUI and doesn't bug out like other apps I've tried.

}
Just be sure to enable "Aggressive screen on mode"
Optional: If you don't like seeing "Wakey is displaying over other apps" message you can install AutoNotification or TidyPanel from google play store and make a rule that blocks that notification.
Be sure to also make the following change, App Settings > Installed Apps > AutoNotification or TidyPanel > Autostart ON & Battery Saver > No restrictions

Android system settings app that does have a "default equalizer app selector"

Android system settings app that does have a "default equalizer app selector"
From many different Android devices/ROMs I'm remembering the system option that allows you to choose which app you want to use as your default Equalizer, see the picture below.

}
So for some weird reasons we don't have this option in newer Androids anymore, hence I'd like to know if there exists any setting app or apps that can offer the very option you're seeing in the picture.
Just to make sure we're on the same page: I do not want to enable/disable any app from the app manager each and every time I want to switch from equalizer, it just don't make sense to do such redundant things at all.
Nobody got an answer?

Google Phone App & Visible Voicemail

I have an unlocked Samsung S21 5G and I've installed Google Phone from the Play Store. I also set the default phone application to Google Phone. However, in Google Phone settings, (Settings --> Voicemail), the Visual voicemail toggle is "on", but the status message seems stuck as "Activating voicemail".

The Samsung pre-installed and I have not activated it yet. I don't see a way to select a default voicemail application in the Samsung settings (Settings --> Apps --> Choose default apps). My carrier in the USA is Visible.
Same issue here. Anyone got a solution?
It doesn’t work. You need to use carrier’s visual voice mail app.
I also would prefer to use VVM in the Google Dialer rather than the stock One UI app. Almost a year later, has there been any progress or new information on this?

Greenify keeps asking for "retrieve windows content"

Greenify (4.7.5) was working fine on my Galaxy A71 running Android 11 till yesterday, but today it started asking for "retrieve window content capability" when I try to hibernate an app. I've already enabled that on Accessibility options, but the app keeps asking it to be on for Automatic Hibernation for work.
Already cleared cache and data, but zilch, it just won't detect that that option is already turned on. I took a screenshot of the option in my phone, it was taken before I clicked on Allow, because the message only shows when the toggle is off.

edit: nevermind, it just started working again by its own, go figure
You Granted Greenify Accessibility as seen in my screen shot?
And why start a new Thread? You'd get more help in Greenify's main Thread.

Question System screenrecording

The normal MIUI Rom supports screen recordings from the system. These are integrated into the Video toolbox and the Game Turbo and are also available as a toggle in the quick settings. All buttons (in the Video toolbox, in the Game Turbo and in the quick settings) are available on my Pad 5 Pro, but the actual app is missing in the system and an error message appears every time you try to record the screen or nothing happens at all. Is there a possibility to install this app additionally?
0. Unfortunately, I could not take the screenshot from the quick settings because the button disappeared after a failed attempt.

Question Performance settings in Hidden menus/activities

So I just noticed having installed the Activity Manager app through F-droid, I've not yet set up root, so many of the activities will be unavailable to launch. But one app with a couple of hidden settings not accessible at all via device menus is the Performance app. Not only do I see options to enable ZRAM which is disabled by default and have no intention to activate it. But the other hidden menu is of interest labeled Quick Launch. Though that one is found in settings as a simple switch, the hidden menu accesses a page that allows you to set up to 3 apps for Quick Launch.
Has anybody tinkered with these options? Is it better to leave them alone and select no apps for quick launch or is there an app that should absolutely be on that list that I'm likely misusing?
