Actually it is not night sight , night sight like 'night mode'
It is official for mi mix2 but no information about Poco f1.

9.6.11.0 is NOT there! I've looked everywhere. 9.6.11.0 was the first MIUI version came with POCO and I needed it.

It's a closed Beta. Meaning it requires the user to be a registered beta-tester with Xiaomi. But if you are a registered beta-tester you already received it as an OTA update. Also note that it apparently has many bugs and/or missing features from the final version of MIUI 12.
The vast majority of Mi 9T users around the world should wait until the end of June for the official release.
