My ISP have an Android app to stream TV, but this app doesn't support Android TV.
Their recommended solution is to cast from mobile or tablet, but I that's a bad solution -And so does my wife. So if anyone could port this app to run on Android TV I would be very grateful and donate a beer or two.
I can start the the app, but when I try to login I receive an error telling me I need to update the app, even though I have the latest version...

I have a stand alone android device that supports bluetooth (keyboard and mouse) and has hdmi out. i use it to play videos, watch youtube, listen to music on my tv.
here's my problem.. some youtube videos are blocked on "mobile" devices.
I'm using the device basically as a pc (running android os) but theres no setting to have the youtube app report to youtube that its not a mobile app. does anyone have any other app suggestions? (that you can install on a android device, but report to youtube that their a browser.
any suggestions? are you a developer? write this app! ill buy a copy!! (and beta test)
there has to be both people in my situation and people who just want to watch all videos on their android devices.
i am also doing the same. how do we make you tube run everything on my nexus 7. sick of app version blocking everything. then Rhett desktop version not supporting flash.

Hi, I wonder is there any app can cast the torrent from android phone to the TV Boxes to buffer and play?
I know the app Cetusplay http://www.cetusplay.com is a pretty cool one to cast the youtube and sideload many apps suitable for TV, but I wonder an app for the torrent- casting to TV, anyone know some app like I mentioned above?
Hi, i recently bought an unbranded Androit tv
The Android TV does not have google apps installed but it has Aptoid TV.
I installed netflix for android devices (eg tablets) and it works fine but you will need a mouse to control some functions.
I have also installed netflix for android tv but when you open the app it gives me error (-100) that it cannot connect to netflix servers and will not let me sign in.
Is there a way to fix this?

Hello everyone, I currently have an Android box from the provider with the TV app running from the provider.
Unfortunately, the (providers) currently only offer an app for smartphones, but not for Smart TVs.
Because of the mobile app, is it possible to "simply" convert it into an app for Google TV? many thanks for your help
