If you want to backup your current bootanimation then:
-Mount OEM in twrp touchscreen
-adb shell then cd /oem/media
-mv bootanimation.zip bootanimaBAK.zip
-cd ../../
-Uncheck OEM in twrp mount section to unmount /oem
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you don't care for backup, just flash the zip file below:
*** By the way, there's also a redundant bootanimation.zip on /system/media should you ever need it back. ***

Steps to put it on your device:
remount system r/w: adb remount
backup current bootanim: adb pull /system/media/bootanimation.zip bootanimation-backup.zip
install new bootanim: adb push green-kitt-dont-panic-scanner-bootanimation.zip /system/media/bootanimation.zip
extract kitt-scanner-bootaudio.zip
backup current bootsound: adb pull /system/media/bootaudio.mp3 bootaudio-backup.mp3
install new bootsound: adb push kitt-scanner[-lowvolume].mp3 /system/media/bootaudio.mp3

Paste this file into the following folder: /sdcard/TWRP/theme (create this subfolder if needed - respect the case!
Reboot in TWRP recovery

If you took manual file just go to /TWRP/theme and remove "ui.zip" file

1: Goto data folder using Root Browser/ES File Explorer.
2: Then goto local folder and if there is bootanimation.zip file then delete it (make a backup before you delete it ).
3: Then paste the bootanimation.zip (downloaded) in the folder.
