INSTRUCTIONS
- Reboot your device on recovery

No, it will not. You would need to uninstall them.

Hey man. I tried this ZIP on my OnePlus 6T. It runs successfully in TWRP. But on reboot the apps are not installed. Tried on AEX Custom ROM.
