I use Sony music player, whit this app you can use internal equalizer that phone have.
For that just go to Sony muisic player settings, is possible to access from there.
This phone have one of the best speaker sound i have meet.

The speaker is terrible. If there is any ambient noise, like at all, it becomes difficult to hear even at max volume. Sometimes I have to cup my hand around the speaker to be able to hear it.

There is a blue and pink app called Volume Booster is you are having problems. Lets you boost notifications,notifications,media and system individually
Definitely a downgrade from my OnePlus One. Not the worst I've heard, but it isn't that great either. Distortion in calls at the top two volume levels and too quiet at the others. Music/media almost completely lacks low-end (when compared to my OnePlus One).
Don't expect anything from mono speaker (but loud)

There is Any way use both speakers when calling because bottom only is not loud as playing mp3 in voice call

Despite the fact that Asus claims that the speakers can deliver rich and loud sound thanks to the NXP amp. and 5 magnet design, I personally did not find the sound rich. It is loud yet not rich. Delivers harsh sound a bit
