Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge
Model: SM-G925F
S/N: R58G81W2C4K
IMEI:*353621071334458 / 02
Baseband: G925FXXU5EQCD
Build number: NRD90M.G925FXXU5EQG1
Hi Guys,
For the past 1 year +, I have been using [G925FXXU5EQFC_G925FPHN5EQF2_G925FXXU5EQCD_HOME] Nougat 7.0 but lately the phone have been freezing and rebooting constantly till yesterday it won't even boot.
Current status: I tried to download the same firmware (mentioned above) with no success; the phone is now only rebooting in "download mode".
I tried to use 3 versions of Odin3 (Odin3_v3.04 / Odin3_v3.12.7 / Odin3_v3.13.1) and still no success; whatever I do, it fails.
I'm new into flashig and Odin3, I'm confused if I have to load the files only once (AP) or 4 times (BL / AP / CP / CSC).
Any help will be appreciated; I need phone back.

[Q] Beginner Problem GT-P5100 - Flashing XSA (Australia) Firmware

Hi Guys, new to this so please indulge me a little!
Purchased two GT-P5100 Samsung Galaxy Tab 2s for the kids, checked the software version using *#1234# and received this:
AP: P5100UBALD4
CP: P5100UBLD4
CSC: P5100UUBALD4
Connect them to kies and it displays: latest firmware version: PDA:LD4 / PHONE:LD4 / CSC:LD4 (TTT)
Checked these at SamMobile:
GT-P5100 - Trinidad and Tobago
PDA: P5100UBALD4
CSC: P5100UUBALD4
Version: 4.0.3
Modified: 2012-04-17
Checked in firmware and files for Australian version (XSA) and found that here sammobile. com/firmware/?page=3&model=GT-P5100&pcode=XSA&os=1&type=3#firmware
Downloaded the firmware and flash programs files. Flash programs contained odin3 V1.87 and signed_espresso_20120220_16G.pit Firmware file contained: P5100XWALE3_P5100XSAALE1_P5100XXLD7_HOME.tar.md5
Put the tab into download mode after shutting down using power+volume right then volume left to enter odin mode.
Connected the tab with the usb cable, attached the pit file using PIT button then attached the md5 file using the PDA button. Re-partition deselected, auto-reboot & f.reset time were both selected, flash lock not selected. Pressed the start button. Process completed and the tab rebooted as normal.
Tried using *#1234# and received this:
AP: P5100XWALE3
CP: P5100XXLD7
CSC: P5100XSAALE1
When I connected to Kies I now see this:
"Your devices current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via Kies.
Current firmware version: PDA:LE3 / PHONE:LD7 / CSC:LE1 (TTT)
I assumed rightly or wrongly that the country designator should have changed to XSA. Does anyone have any idea if I have missed something in the process?
I checked Setting > About Device:
Model Number:
GT-P5100
Android version:
4.0.3
Baseband version:
P5100XXLD7
Kernel version:
3.0.8-546364-user
[email protected]#1
Build Number:
IML74K.P5100XWALE3
Within status, device status is normal
Appreciate any advice you can offer.
Cheers Paul

all that you do its correct, you dont miss enything.
Maybe your tab was imported from another region, and that's happened when you try to update with kies(not supported)
Don't worry, i'll be waiting for kies(or OTA) to update my tab from last year...and nothing.
Last week i get my tab updated with odin and fw from samfirmware.
As log as you use official rom you are in warranty .
Note that you're posting this in the Galaxy Tab forum when your device is a Galaxy Tab 2. Posting your question in the appropriate forum will more likely find other Australian users.
Thanks

Can't receive auto messages from the internet / Can't Install Android Marshmallow.

Problem is: I can't receive auto messages from the internet / Can't Install Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 / 2 and so on from Nougat 7.0
Hello all!
I have phone LG G5 H850 Titan / Nougat 7.0 / Provider: TIM / Provider NAME: TIM /
Network type TIM ( Italy )
When I was on firmware Marshmallow 6.0.1 everything was alright all auto messages from the internet coming successfully, after update to Nougat 7.0 my phone can't receive the auto messages from the internet and I am sure for 100% , becouse after that I tested the problem through my Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 ( Android v. 4.3 ) and everything is work fine. As I understund there is some problems in security patch Nougat 7.0
So what I have done: ofcourse factory reset, I got bootloader, I got LG UP , I got twrp.
Through the software ( LGUP - kdz files / TWRP - zip files ) I install other firmwares ( regions ) but only Nougat 7.0 and
anyway nothing working. Becouse when I trying to install Marshmallow 6.0.1 / 2 no matter which version,
installation process working fine, from 0 to 100% , but after that firmware asking me for
some password and give me some 27 attempts. Here is the screenshots:
Can't add image becouse of rules ( Give me e-mail please and I will send ) - Asking for the password after Installing Marshmallow 6.0.1 / 2 and so on.
Can't add image becouse of rules ( Give me e-mail please and I will send ) - After installing Nougat 7.0 , restarting the phone I got that image / Translation is - encryption is done successfully, you put the right password, but I did not put anything, I just installed Nougat 7.0 after Marshmallow fail, becouse of password. So then I make factory reset and everything working fine ( Becouse there no other options after installing ). But auto messages I still did not receive. Can you Help me please? Thanks!!!

HELP WITH SAMSUNG GALAXY EDGE (SM-G925F)

Hello everyone,
I need help with resurrecting the above phone model. After updating it via Samsung Switch, it 'magically' stopped receiving network recognition but it could sense the SIM card's network operator. I tried dialing some numbers and it said "Not registered on the network". I ran to the internet through various forums. I have been re-flashing STOCK ROM and i was getting PASS; still no good came out. I tried custom ROMs, same thing. NOW suddenly i got an efs/ failed to mount. How can i resurrect my baby? All i have about the phone is:
AP: G925FXXU6EVG4 (Build number) - NDR90M
CP: G925FXXU6ERF5 (Baseband version)
CSC: G925FXXU6EVG4 (Country version) - 02U
IMEI SV - 02
SN - RF8G610C1MN
The stock ROMs i have downloaded so far are:
1. Samfw.com_SM-G925F_O2U_G925FXXU6EVG4_fac.zip (stock ROM based on the last successful booting ROM; after updating via Samsung Switch)
2. Samfw.com_SM-G925F_O2U_G925FXXU6ERG1.zip
I have these in place:
- Samsung S6 Series EFS Backup Restore Tool v1.0 By Jamesjerss.exe (which i used prior; to get an efs.img before my phone got messed up (a 20Mb file was created). Is that the backed up EFS?
- Odin Odin3_v3.14.4
- CF-Auto-Root-zerolte-zeroltexx-smg925f.zip
- twrp-3.3.1-0-zerolte.img.tar and twrp-3.3.1-0-zerolte.img (i wonder the difference although the internet says i use .tar with Odin)
- SR5-SuperSU-v2.82-SR5-20171001224502.zip
Now, the stock ROM stops on the RECOVERY MODE with efs/ failed to mount, and when i try the custom ROM, it stops on SAMSUNG Galaxy S6 Edge. In all recovery modes, good enough my PC detects my phone's internal storage. I need to get this device to work, people.
Someone help with with a step by step tutorial, please. I am a fast learner
PS Am not a tech student or anything, am just a person who reads stuff on the internet although i understand some basic stuff on tech

1. If you think about Smart Switch Mobile, it is not for update.
2. Go back to Stock firmware via odin.
2. Have you seen >this< tutorial?
how can i know the stock firmware of the phone....i only remember the one that was updated via Smart Switch (Hanset: Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge G925F single SIM card slot no SD card slot)
1. Check your CSC on the phone box or with the Phone INFO app ★SAM★ 3.8.5.
2. Select your CSC region in the "Version" box read the instructions and download the firmware.
3. Use Odin 3.13.1 to update this model.
@ze7zez. Just bought it from some phone shop that sells used phones. I have the needed STOCK firmware already. The CSC is 02U G925F---VG4. All am getting is this image below:
Since your system is not working, go to "View recovery logs" and look for CSC or "region name".
You can also try uploading firmware from your country's region.
The CSC is 02U (O2) which according to internet research it is UK

I already have all firmwares for this handset from 02U. I have tried EVERY STOCK ROM...but all am getting is E: Failed to mount '/efs' (Invalid argument).
I tried EFS-Fix-regalstreak.tar.md5 basing on https://ajketech.wordpress.com/2016/07/27/efs-missing-factory-mode-activated-here-is-the-solution/ i got FAIL.
I do have an efs.img i made before all of this whole saga but i don't know if it is broken or okay.
Try flashing TWRP from >this< manual. Read it carefully!
With TWRP you will have more options for repair.
