hello guys i have redmi note 3 snapdragon n i want to install a custom rom for which i want to unlock the bootloader. which method should i go for official or unofficial?is it bad to unlock the bootloader the unofficial way..personally i just dont want to w8 and sit for the mi confirmation to unlock bootloader.
one more question do i need to use alka twrp to backup a rom and Safe TWRP v2 to flash the rom(resurrection remix) or i can do this both things using official twrp 3.0.2??

I have redmi note 3 (Kenzo) with MIUI ROM 8 | 6.9.8 Beta (MiuiPRO) Marshmallow basis,
I got a problem that is locked bootloader her again after I tried to flash the rom using TWRP and succes, but in this ROM bootloader me that had become locked open again and from previously root , root access back there again.
how can I unlock the bootloader again without having to move rom and permision ?? because I wanted to get back at the root my device, pls answer
