They both depend upon some other app for sure.

Of cause, I am a newbee..
I want to batch rename APK files with their Info in shell on Android Nougat.
On Android 6, I can find the file "aapt" in CM13 based ROMs, but I cannot find aapt binary on LineageOS ROMs.
I ONLY know how to gain APK file's info with aapt.
I tried to compile aapt for Nougat, of caurse, I failed. I do not even know how to compile! So, it will be of great help if you someone provide me a binary "aapt" file for Nougat or teach me how to grasp info from APK file without aapt in shell (ON NOUGAT), THANKS!

I need aapt for mobile apk tool (for 8 Android), and so there is only for 7.0, applications from 7.1.1 and 8 does not parse, I hope that it is clear explained))))

Hello guys when i was looking into the oneplus 3 mods on xda, i found a magisk module(twrp flashable zip as well) that enables google lens on devices. It's a pixel 2 for now exclusive feature. I tried the zip and it worked. The only problem is that it works only in Google photos not in assistant.
*how to install*
1. download the magidk module from below
2.fladh the magisk module
*how it works*
1.open google photos (it will recognize ur device as pixel and shows u can use unlimited storage i haven't tested that, will update)
2.open any photo and u will see google lens icon, click on that and it works
Simple

You can install google apps from playstore like pixel launcher, contacts etc

I'm coming from moto z threads and I'm trying to find a solution as regards as the MotoDisplay breathing issue (display fades in and out so you 're always in the know) . I changed the script of our common Moto_Display_06.071.4_.apk update in order to enable the option of breathing mode. So, I need some root testers to install the link's .apk. I didn't try to install it. I'm rooted, so I put it to priv-app, like you write here

It don`t work at all. I think it`s because my system odexed. I delete OAT folder. but Moto display still won`t work (

I was wondering if anybody could assist with helping make an APK work on Android TV.
Zwift is the app - it's a VR Cycling and Running app.
I have the latest version of the APK to sideload -- Unfortunately it's not signed to work with Android TV yet, so it comes up with the error "app not installed"
Does anybody know a workaround?
I'm not sure which parts of the APK to modify or how, other than re-signing. I've search online high and low.
Help is greatly appreciated. I can attach the APK if required.

No you can't modify the apk for that....the frame jar is what is responsible for detaching signatures....

Okay.
Am I correct in a assuming that the APK isn't signed for Android TV? - with the "app not installed" error msg when trying to install the APK.
What if it's something else other than whether or not the APK is signed that may be causing this? Perhaps it could be something resolvable without root?
I need to get this apk installed on the Sony Bravia so I'll do whatever is requred, if rooting turns out to be the only way then I'll do that.
