[MOD] Any widget on lockscreen

Hey guys. I made a mod that allows you to select whatever widget you wish for your lockscreen. It allows home screen widgets and lockscreen widgets. Some home screen widgets may not work perfectly but most should. Don't forget to hit thanks
This is for STOCK BASED TOUCHWIZ ROMs!
If you find this breaks a specific ROM feature, just let me know VIA PM and i will fix it for you. (I ask via PM cause i sometimes miss peoples posts)
If you are running Hyperdrive's ROM, then use the hyperdrive version
If someone running a complete STOCK ROM would please provide me with the android.policy.jar file (please send via PM don't post it) i would greatly appreciate it
Just flash attached zip in recovery and profit Btw, don't forget to hit thanks
I downloaded this and installed in recovery, but after phone reboots what are the steps to add widgets to lockscreen? I tried long press and also settings in lockcreen but no go.
I am running hyperdrive and swipe lockscreen.
Thanks,
Glenn

Not yet. There is an xposed framework mod that allows Widgets on secure lock screen. I'm trying to add it to the actual file so you don't need the module. Give me some time

This would be sweet. A custom widget on the secure lock screen is one of my most desired missing features of the Darkslide/stock ROM.

[MOD][XPOSED][4.4] Enable Translucent Decor

Translucent status and navigation bars in KitKat were disabled for the Nexus 10. This module enables them back for any apps which use them. (This module does not enable translucent status or navigations bars for any other apps.)
There is no settings activity. This module just does one thing for now.
Requires a KitKat-based ROM with the Xposed framework installed.
Props to @rovo89 for the awesome Xposed framework!
You can grab it from its Xposed Module Repository page.
Works well on rooted odexed stock 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 too
Thanks!

It would be great if it was made to work without spoofing a tablet (it can create issues with the correct representation of apps), so it would be great if a phone edition (say for nexus phones) of this great mod was to be released...

The mod should work for any device running KitKat. I thought that the Nexus 10 was the only KitKat device which didn't have translucency enabled, but please correct me if I'm wrong!

Sadly it didn't work to my CM11 tablet, maybe it is because it is classed as a "low ram device" by the OS, but there, (to my experience at least) this mod only works to N10, out of the box at least...

Yes it does! Works wonderfully. Also recommend Xposed GEL Settings to increase the column count (Google reduced it from 8 to 6 for some reason).
Thanks OP for this awesome module! Don't know why Google couldn't have done this.

You need to use a launcher that actually makes use of the transparency feature. Think of the launcher just like any other app - if it doesn't request transparency, the bars will still be black. The stock launcher doesn't do this. You can use Google Now Launcher on the Play Store, Nova, or Apex I believe and you'll get the transparent bars.

Hide Softkeys with Kitkat

Hi,
i'm still on 4.2.2 because of one only thing : i don't wanna see the softkeys anymore! (or just when i swipe up)
I read everywhere that "Auto Hide Softkeys" (that i use now) is buggy on kitkat, and that UDN Pro too.
Is there a solution to do the same thing?
Or have i to wait for an update of one of theses apps?
Thanks for your replies

I think that stopped development. It was supposed to go on to another version where it could be app specific. I don't like immersive mode on my home screen. I am using a module called soft keys fade mod... I like it pretty well...
Sent from my LG-D801 using xda app-developers app
so, i'm now on kitkat, rooted.
I've tried immersive me, and it's quiet strange.
There's a blank area at the bottom of the screen on the launcher.
Sometime the softkeys are blacks (not transparent anymore), doesn't disappear.
i don't know, i'm not very satisfied with that.
Soft keys fade mod doesn't do the thing i want...
So, what to do?
wait for an update of autohide hotkeys?

Sooooo happy you, Goldie, trx and everyone made this. Works perfect with my alliance rom, loving this phone more and more each day thanks to the work you guys do. Another donation coming soon.
It won't work on secure lock with the module you linked as it has no 4.4 support. This is only for swipe lock, which does me no-good. Would be perfect if it would be for secure locksreen.

Um.. no offence but you are in an xposed module thread.. Of course you must be rooted. If you don't know how to use xposed, go read up on the general thread section to figure it out. Its very easy and very awesome. If you wish not to root, then you need to wait until i am done with my other application. I made my own app that completely replaces the lockscreen and allows you to have widgets on it.
thanks! works good))
Got it to work! I am using Dashclock. The only issue I have is that I can't expand the widget by clicking on it or dragging it down. I have to scroll to the left to an empty page then back over. Any fix for this?

If it's not to much trouble, maybe in v2 of this module, you can make an option to have all lockscreen widgets expanded by default?!
