Anyone see any silicone skins yet in the wild? I've exhausted my search and have yet to find one.
I would be excited to have this also. Just something to slide over it to protect it from scratches on the back and to protect the sides so I don't have to be so gentle with it when putting it down, lol. Being able to dock it while in the skin is a must though, but it shouldn't be too hard considering there is plenty of space on the bottom sides to wrap the skin around so it can still snap into the keyboard dock hinge.
i cannot believe there is no silicone gel case till now. There is also not many people asking about it. It seems like there is not much profit margin in selling gel cases.
Imm waiting for one of these as well... no luck so far.

I emailed this company asking if they would make a case I'm sure they take the requests if the demand is high enough. You should email them asking to make a Silicone Skin.

Yeah I saw there case and they looks very high quality. I sent them a email asking if they would make a case for the asus transformer.

I emailed Carved to see if they'd be producing cases for the Nexus 6 since they currently make cases for the N5 and this is what I got back:
"We are continuing to add new products to the Nexus line. Please keep checking our site for updates!"
That sounds like a yes to me! Not sure how many people like/use these cases but their N5 cases look great in person. I got a buddy with a cedar case for his N5 and it's great looking plus feels good in the hand. They're wooden backed with a snap on hard plastic rubber edge and you can choose from a variety of design/wood types. They're not the most durable cases but if you're into cases that are borderline art, these are for you. I can't post links yet, this is actually my first post, but if you visit carved.com and click 'shop' you'll see a link to their current N5 case selection.
Sweet cases! How bulky are they? Is hard to tell from the pictures on their site.

They're pretty low profile. I didn't have another N5 case to compare it to but the carved case didn't add a lot of extra bulk.
I have never heard of these cases before, but now I must have one. I really hope they add the Nexus 6 to their line.
Oh very nice! I'll get bamboo on my N6 after all. and they take bitcoin!!

Of a particularly relevant note here--they apparently do base what phones they offer cases for based on user demand, so it's actually kind of important to leave them a comment at http://www.carved.com/contact-us explaining why it would be a Good Idea to make a case for the Nexus 6. (One thing I did note to them is that--with a difference in scale, of course--the same template would be usable on the Moto X 2nd Gen AND the new Droid Turbo as pretty much all the Motorola phones are on the same rough body build. It does help in my case that I've built tooled leather cases for non-phone stuff, so I do kind of know what is involved in making a good case design. )

I did that as well... I plan to have my wife leave something, too. They sent me a $1 off coupon for my interest.

I want an Ironside full wood case..that would be so awesome! love their work! their art! the skateboard one and the live ones also look cool...the ebony ones too..the full ones..i don't want no inlay one...i want that full wood look!! ha...yeah...love the art!
I've never been one to use cases on my phones but these are really nice. I've been intrigued about these wood finishes since I've seen the bamboo back option for the Moto X. Might have to pick one of these up. I'll shoot them an email to help them gauge demand.

I bought 2 solid wood cases for me and my wifes Note 3's and both cases broke within 2 weeks really bummed me out because that case always got people's attention. It was not from carved.com so i don't know if there solid wood offering would be more durable.
Man I hope they come out with some soon.

The case they use for the nexus 5 appears to be a ringke slim.
Such a shame that Carved still haven't brought out a case for the N6. Has anyone found a good alternative elsewhere?

I wanted to let you know that Carved.com asked me to beta test a Nexus 6 case on the 25th, it should be here in the next day or two, not sure what the rules are about testing it so I will confirm if I can post pics and comment on it. But I wanted to share that it is making progress.

I saw loads of these once for Xperia z. I did order one for my Z2 once but it never delivered because I was informed they dont make them anymore. If you Google image rasta banana Xperia you will see loads of them appear. Try checking aliexpress though. You will most likely find what your looking for there. :good:

If you scroll through the link provided above theres links in there to buy some. The prices say around 340 Taiwanese dollars so dont be alarmed if they seem pricey theyre not. For this one it costs around £8-£10 including shipping. This is my favorite one but I dont think I will buy it since I already have that carbon looking one, also because im getting a case soon and I wont see the current one I have im just using that for protection.

I ordered the checkered skin for the back. Will take some pictures when I have it on my phone but probably won't get it till after the holidays
This skin feels really high quality. Kinda messed up on the installation tho. Had to reapply it cause it wasn't align right so you'll see some dust underneath thru the pictures. The only negative is that it doesn't go all the way to the side of the phone since it curves (which they explain). Quite a big gap. That will probably throw a lot of you off but it looks and feel really nice in person
