How to find huawei bootloader unlock code (exploits/patterns) - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Since Huawei stopped providing customers bootloader unlocking code, many of us try to find a way to get them. I also found some service that provide codes but it is too suspicious. Also some claims that those third party simply go to Huawei customers support and ask for the code. So I think it is time for us to discover some patterns or at least exploits. Share your ideas here guys!!
Here are my question.
Why there is no blue-force attack program to find the code? Is it because it is harmful for the device?
Also, do you think it is possible to discover some patterns if we share IMEI and its bootloader unlock code of old devices?

*** XDAII Unlocking - NEW IDEA ***

Hi all
I have only just bought my XDA II but think its the muts nuts so no flames foir this newbie PLEASE
I have read many MANY threads concerening the unlocking of this new device and I just came up with an idea.
Since O2 seem to be, at best, inconsistent and, at worst, ANAL about unlocking, can we exploit the fact that they have at least released the unlock codes to a few people. I have two ideas
1) It seems that the Unlock code is IMEI deppendant so, Can someone who has been given a code publish it along with their IMEI number
then using the famous Manipulator software change the imei number in an XDA II then insert different network sim and enter the unlock code, I know this seems awfully simple but often the best ideas are. I guess you could always change the IMEI back to its original state if there were concerns about network security. I dunno what do you guys think???
2) What about if everyone who has managed to get a code publishes it to this site along with their IMEI number and then I'm sure one of the XDA Developers code reverse engineer the unlock codes and see how its related to the IMEI. I assume you could then write a KeyGen prog like people do for software keys (I mean so I heard, allegedly, Honest)
Failing that would it not be possible to write some program that acts like the modem terminal prog and just keeps entering random (or sequential codes) till the device unlocks
As I said its all new (GREEK) to me so no flames please, I'm just trying to help.
PS Anybody know about the Bluetooth issue with the XDA 2 and how to solve it and dooes it really work?
Thanks
Have you read this topic?

It's about xda2unlock --> and it unlocks your device!
Unlocking XDA2 and the bluetooth problem are all in the forum. By the way, messing with the imei number on a phone here in the UK can get a person jailed for 5 years and or a huge fine.

[Q] SIM unlock T-Mobile G2 Hero for free?

I cannot believe after all this time there is no code generator where you input your IMEI number to get an unlock code for free on the Hero after all this time.
I have a custom rom and need to unlock my phone so I can use it on the "3 Network" but I cannot find any instructions for sim unlocking on a custom rom for T-Mobile. All the guides seem to be Orange related or are quite confusing with counter instructions throughout their respective threads.
Anyone know of a code generator (the sites that sell the codes must be using generators) or know of a reputable place to get the code to work through a custom rom?
I don't want to get a code and then discover that the code won't work on a custom rom on T-Mobile.
Thanks.
T-Mobile G2 Cronos Froyo 1.7.3
You can call your operatior and ask them for the code. Most of the time they will give you one.
Thanks for your reply, unfortunately, they said that they will charge me £15 for a phone which I now have bought off of them because I am at the end of my contract. The gits.
Are there no free code generators?
Have you ever tried Codes to unlock your mobile. Do you know how perfectly codes unlock your mobile. You need to see the comments of many sites which provide free codes. All are negative comments telling the codes generated were wrong and their attempts were over trying them over and over again. So I advice you not to go for any sort of code generators. Majority of Unlock codes(except free codes) got from network providers or other third parties works like Gem. You wont believe i have been unlocking my mobile using codes successfully with this guy WickedUnlock for many years.

[Q] how do unlock sites provide unlock codes?

I've been google around for sake of knowledge and benefit, how does these unlocking sites provides unlock codes based on IMEI of devices?
most importantly do they have an inside man or there is actually a way to calculate things based on the carrier and IMEI provider which gets this number?
Thanks
i already unlocked my jetstream using one of these sites and paid them, my question was just how they make it, buying them from network provider seems fishy, i think they have other ways of generating them because they ask first if doable or not like they are testing something on the IMEI #
My guess would be that they pay the same type of people who crack software and create software keygens. The difference being they probably need to brick a few phones in the process.

Huawei SHT-W09

I obtained the bootloader unlock code and wrote it down. I planned on unlocking it when I had time. Now I can't find where I put it. Is there away to get the code back?
I don't think so. The Huawei service to obtain the unlock code has now closed. Assuming you obtained the code using the Huawei service before it closed, I suppose you could try emailing Huawei support to ask for a reminder, but I wouldn't hold my breath. The only way I can think of is to use a paid service, such as DC Unlocker.
I used DC unlocker originally.

Any way to get a bootloader unlock code?

Hey guys.
Isn't it possible to get a bootloader unlock code anymore?
Ministry of Solutions doesn't support even the chinese version anymore.
FunkyHuawei has raised the price from 55$ to 99$ and the service is currently completely down.
I had placed an order at FunkyHuawei, it has been 20 days now and they still didn't deliver.
This is worrisome. It looks like Huawei was shutting down all unlock code services one at a time, and the last one was for India - where FH and the other 2 known services were getting their codes. We have to rely on FH making a contact within Huawei itself or something, I doubt Huawei plans to offer unlock codes anymore.
Is there any chance that an outside party can come up with a way? Or... Are the codes totally dependent on an uncrackable algorithm that is tied to individual EMEI numbers?
That would suck if those of us who never got the .171 update missed our chance. Let's hope another source comes along, FH will no doubt remain enigmatic on the issue in the meantime. Bleh.
