How to enable USB debugging on a FRP locked phone? (HTC U11 EYEs) - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've been trying for a few days now to unlock my FRP-locked phone. Every method out there isn't working. Right now the best method seems to be to unlock the FRP using ADB/fastboot but the problem is USB debugging can't be enabled. Tapping 7 times on Build number doesn't work. I've tried searching for a USB debugging enabler program but the only ones I've found are for Samsung (and will only accept Samsung Stock ROMs). Does anybody have a USB debugging enabler for this model Stock ROM (or HTC Stock ROMs)? Other solutions/suggestions to unlocking FRP specifically for this device is also appreciated, Thank you
PS : Model is HTC U11 EYEs // Build Number : 1.00.709.7

Android USB drivers are outdated. Update them using Android SDK and force an update in Device Manager.
Ive seen this with stock kernel blocking it as well...if the driver update suggested above doesnt work Id suggest flashing an unsecured kernel and retrying it

ZTE BLADE ZMAX (Z982) Enable Development options under FRP Lock

I need to find how to enable developer options on the ZTE Z982 in an FRP lock.
I purchased this phone from a friend who does not know the original google login details from when the phone was set up.
I have gotten it around the initial FRP to where it is usable in a launcher (no notifications and difficult to use) but i am trying to fully disable the FRP lock but so far everything i have found to do it requires a PC app, which obviously requires USB Debugging.
The normal way to enable USB Debugging (Tapping the build number 7-10 times) does not work, i assume because it is FRP locked.
If you know of another way to unlock the FRP or enable the USB debugging please let me know.
I have looked into the sellers on EBAY, but i do not want to pay $20 when all i need is to get the Developer options enabled then i can unlock it.
If you have any help or advice PLEASE let me know.

How do I enable debugging on a FULLY STOCK pattern locked Alcatel Raven (a574bl)?

With the pattern to the screen lock forgotten, I desperately need to gain access to my Alcatel Raven.
I need to recover photos, sms/mms messages, contacts, saved app login info (that didnt have permission to sync to my google account) and music files.
I have many obstacles to overcome however...
no root access, only stock recovery, bootloader locked, developer tools not yet unlocked and debugging not enabled.
I do have the credentials for my google account that it's signed into, but because it is running Nougat 7.1.1, I get no forgot password option after 5 failed attempts and android device manager is useless for unlocking the device. Dr Fone and other 3rd party unlocking software either needs debugging enabled or is not compatible with my device model. I do have wifi access and bluetooth, but the phone has no carrier service as far as making and recieving calls and/or sms/mms. It does have an sd card slot but as previously stated it only has stock recovery mode and the bootloader is locked. I do have access to adb and cygwin on my laptop and I am confident that with debugging enabled I can handle the rest. The part I cannot figure out is how to enable debugging on this device with the screen (pattern) locked and without using an otg cable (which I have no access to unless I order one) and I'm not even sure if an otg cable would work with this particular device model or not.
Can anyone help me!?!?!?

Huawei Y9 (JKM-LX2) FRP Lock Problem

Hello, thanks for reading my thread. This is probably my first thread in xdadevelopers. So, I will describe my problem with FRP lock.
I just buy a two-handed phone from some people and yes, I forgot to check properly that they erase their Google Account to prevent FRP. I struggle to unlock this FRP lock. TalkBack bypass is not working since it is 7.2.0 version and since this phone didn't enable USB debugging. I can't run any command within ADB. I tried multiple ways to bypass FRP like SMS, Trying to USB debugging with *#*#2846579#*#* code, Tring to flash the ROM but not working at all. Can someone recommend me what to do? I really need help right now.
Thanks,
Best Regards.
there no way to remove frp for this phone except the test point method.

Hey I'm having a hard time unlocking my bootloader I hate to sound dumb but if I could get any help it would be great thanks
Becki,
If you have a carrier branded variant, follow the HowToGuide
The Quest for a Bootloader Unlock (partial guide, T-Mobile variant, may work for MetroPCS/Metro variant)
OK, this process has been hell, but I'm gonna try and consolidate everything I've worked out so far in one place. This all applies only to the T-Mobile variant (ie. it comes preloaded with all the T-Mobile bloatware) of the N200 on the T-Mobile...

If you have the unlocked variant, you can skip the SIM unlocking steps, and no unlock code is required.
0. backup all user data as it will be lost upon unlock. Consider updating your software to the latest before unlocking.
1. Enable developer menu / mode on phone
2. Allow Google Play Services to connect to the internet for blacklist check on phone
3. check the "allow oem unlocking" option in developer mode
4. check "USB debugging" option in developer mode.
5. install drivers and ADB / fastboot software on a computer
6. connect phone in fastboot mode to computer
7. fastboot oem unlock (this will wipe your data)
Make sure you give the phone plenty of time after an update before you unlock it, to avoid the wipe bricking your phone.
In order for the phone to adb bridge to a PC do I need to fastboot it?
Didnt have to do this on previous phones.
